    TRENDFORMER is looking for a motivated and results-driven Export Sales Manager with proficiency in Spanish to scale our international sales and partnerships.

     

    Your responsibilities:

    • Cultivate and grow commercial relationships with partners;
    • Develop and nurture new clients (distributors and retailers) across assigned international markets;
    • Present new products, build brand awareness and sales by maintaining strong partnerships with our key distribution partners;
    • Own sales targets and contribute directly to the company’s long-term international growth strategy;
    • Maintain regular communication with clients (calls, meetings, visits), prepare meeting reports, and collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives to maximize sales;
    • Represent TRENDFORMER at international trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions;

    Our ideal candidate:

    • Has 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in export or international sales;
    • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus;
      Experience in an international manufacturing company or a local company operating in foreign markets;
    • Degree in a related field and/or relevant professional qualifications are a plus;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different cultures and business environments;
    • Willing to travel internationally;
    • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a multitasking environment.

    We’re looking for experienced and talented AI Video Makers / AI Animators with a proven background in creating animated video content using modern neural networks and AI tools.

     

    Your responsibilities:

    • Create animated AI-driven video content, including short-form videos, scenes, and concept reels;
    • Develop storyboards and animatics, defining visual logic, narrative structure, pacing, and rhythm;
    • Define visual style and references, test different creative approaches, tools, and pipelines;
    • Assemble and edit videos using AI-generated frames, animation, effects, transitions, and sound, ensuring strong storytelling and rhythm;
    • Maintain high visual quality and consistency across all deliverables, including style cohesion, scene logic, and pacing;
    • Collaborate closely with the team: receive feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver polished final results within deadlines.

     

    Our ideal candidate has:

    • 1+ years of experience in video creation, animation, or AI-driven video production;
    • A strong showreel (required), with a clear focus on AI-generated and animated video content;
    • Hands-on, consistent experience using AI and neural networks in a production pipeline;
    • Strong artistic vision, including a sense of composition, rhythm, style, and visual cohesion;
    • Excellent attention to detail, taste, and creative judgement;

    Your responsibilities:

    • define and execute a strategic roadmap for growing HEY CLAY, PIXIO, and VOXART globally;
    • lead and improve performance across 4 main commercial channels: distributors, direct retail accounts (e.g., Target, Walmart), online (Amazon, Shopify), loyalty & reward partnerships (e.g., with grocery chains);
    • develop and lead a monetization strategy for licensing IP and creative content;
    • build quarterly and annual growth strategies and turn them into actionable plans;

    Основні завдання нашого Product Manager:

    • аналіз ринків, трендів, конкурентів, споживачів;
    • робота з аналітикою;
    • управління повним життєвим циклом розробки нових продуктів для брендів компанії;
    • створення та реалізація GTM стратегії; 
    • управління дорожніми картами продуктів для обох частин продукту (фізичної та діджитал);
    • розроблення асортиментних матриць;
    • розрахунок юніт економіки продукту;
    • формулювання вимоги для обох частин продукту (фізичної та діджитал);
    • пріоритизація беклогу продукту з урахуванням бізнес-цілей і ресурсів;
    • тісна співпраця з міжфункціональними командами (креатив, дизайн, стоп-моушн студія, виробництво, розробка програмного забезпечення, логістика, фінанси тощо) і зовнішніми підрядниками для забезпечення успішного запуску продуктів;
    • участь в розробці річного плану розвитку продуктів;
    • підготовка звітності, аналітики та супровідної проєктної документації у процесі реалізації проєктів та за їх підсумками.  

       

    Наш ідеальний кандидат/ка:

    • має 3+ роки досвіду на аналогічній посаді, бажано у галузі FMCG, розробки програмних продуктів, електроніки, техніки чи іграшок; 
    • з успішними кейсами виведення нових продуктів на ринок;
    • з досвідом управління складними проєктами, управління міжфункціональними командами;
    • легко адаптовується до змін, ефективно справляється з ризиком, конструктивно розв'язує проблеми;
    • йому/їй цікава сфера іграшок;
    • володіє англійською мовою на рівні upper-intermediate чи вище;
    • відповідальний/а, проактивний/а, позитивний/а.
