Must Haves:

• A full-stack mindset, ready to work across the back-end, front-end, infrastructure and firmware.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with experience in building microservices on AWS using Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon Cognito, Amazon API Gateway, DynamoDB, AWS IoT Core, Kinesis, SNS, SQS.
• Strong experience with Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Previous exposure to large-scale systems design, experience with the serverless approaches using AWS Lambda.

• Experience with Golang.

   

Nice to have:

• Understanding of specifics for running Go under heavy load.
• Understanding IoT solutions and having built or been part of a team that delivered an IoT solution is a huge plus.

• Experience with Kafka and familiarity with event-driven architectures.

• Provide support for the software architecture, design, and implementation of software components related to IoT-connected products.
• Optimize data storage by balancing performance, cost, and storage tradeoffs through various database technologies.
• Drive engineering from concept to finished product.
• Design, and build usable, robust, and reliable services.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, infrastructure setup, and production operation.

Must haves

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• C#/.NET 10 experience with a strong focus on backend & databases.
• Experience with building high-load applications.
• Experience in designing and building REST APIs.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and database schema design.
• Testing automation culture and experience in writing unit and integration tests.
• Frontend / React.js experience.
• Upper Intermediate English level.

• DevOps practices, CI/CD, and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience in data-intensive architectures, ETL, and building data pipelines.

Must Haves:

• Strong experience with Python, Java, or other programming languages
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, query modularization, and optimization for performance and readability
• Familiarity with the modern data stack and cloud-native data platforms, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift
• Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) for data modeling and transformations
• Experience with data orchestration tools, such as Airflow or Dagster

• Experience with GitOps, continuous delivery for data pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling (Terraform)

• Design and build a data platform that standardizes data practices across multiple internal teams
• Support the entire data lifecycle
• Build and maintain integrations across data processing layers, including ingestion, orchestration, transformation, and consumption
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure the platform delivers value
• Document architectures, solutions, and integrations to promote best practices, maintainability, and usability
