Affiliate Manager — Performance Marketing

We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager who’s proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment. If you enjoy building strong partner relationships, optimizing campaigns, and scaling revenue through affiliates, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates across different traffic sources and GEOs
• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates
• Monitor traffic performance and optimize campaigns to improve EPC, CVR, and overall profitability
• Work closely with partners to scale traffic and identify new opportunities
• Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Ensure traffic quality and compliance standards are maintained
• Support the launch and testing of new offers and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partner management
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage multiple partners
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• English and Ukrainian communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, eCommerce, Nutra, or Sweepstakes verticals
• Familiarity with Everflow or other affiliate tracking platforms
• Existing relationships with affiliates or media buyers
• Experience working with international traffic sources
