Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid/Senior-Level DevOps Engineer (Czech and English - fluent/professional working proficiency) to support and improve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes environments across AWS and GCP. You will work closely with development teams to ensure scalability, reliability, automation, and operational excellence across our platforms.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Kubernetes infrastructure on GKE/EKS
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable deployments
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Support PostgreSQL and Kafka environments
• Automate operational tasks using Python and Bash scripting
• Troubleshoot production issues across cloud and Kubernetes environments
• Collaborate with developers to improve deployment and operational processes
• Participate in on-call rotation and production support

Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Strong experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Solid knowledge of AWS and/or GCP
• Strong Docker and containerization knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and OpenSearch/ELK
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and Kafka operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team and work on our affiliate marketing platform. This platform manages affiliate relationships, tracks player activity across multiple gaming operators, processes financial data, and generates commission reports.

You will work across the full stack — from backend data processing and integrations to frontend dashboards and admin tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for real-time event processing and data ingestion from multiple sources
• Build and enhance REST APIs for affiliate dashboards, admin panels, and reporting
• Implement financial logic including revenue share, CPA tracking, and multi-currency calculations
• Integrate with external gaming platforms and third-party systems
• Develop and maintain React-based frontends, including internal tools and affiliate portals
• Work with event-driven architecture (e.g. Kafka) for scalable data processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
• Improve existing codebase and contribute to system scalability and performance
   

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, SQL)

About Traffic Label

Traffic Label is an affiliate marketing group in iGaming, 18+ years in the market, 300+ clients. The group owns a crypto casino (5Bet), a CRM platform (Sway Gaming), and a marketing data subsidiary (Acrum). We build internal data products that drive player acquisition and retention across all brands.

Role Overview

We are building a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that ingests data from 10+ casino partners, builds a unified player profile, and activates marketing campaigns through multiple ESPs (DotDigital, Adestra, FastTrack).

The platform is live: 5 sources in production, 30-40 dbt models in the silver layer, working email campaigns through DotDigital.

You’ll join a Data Platform team of 5-10 engineers (Senior DE, QA, DA, PM) reporting to the Data Engineering Lead. You will own the ingestion layer, source integrations, and platform tooling. Your job: make it so that connecting a new data source takes days, not months. You’ll design and build reusable pipeline templates and own integrations with external systems (both inbound and outbound).

This is not a “write one pipeline and move on” role. This is “build the system that generates pipelines” + own the integrations that feed and consume data.

Why this role

Connecting a new data source currently takes 2-3 months. Your job: make it 5 days. This is a data platform engineering challenge, not a pipeline writing task.

This is the group’s flagship project. The CDP improves how the company works with players across all brands and directly generates revenue through better marketing activation.

The platform is 4 months old, modern stack, zero legacy. But already in production with real traffic, real campaigns, real money. You’re scaling a working system, not prototyping in isolation.

The core challenge is designing a system where adding a new data partner is a configuration. You’ll solve problems across the full spectrum: API design, schema evolution, orchestration patterns, data quality, and delivery to downstream consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build ingestion pipelines for REST API, database sources, etc., using Python
• Own ETL and Reverse ETL end-to-end, including implementation, deployment, operations, and incident handling.
• Understand how external systems work (casino platforms, ESPs, affiliate tools) to build reliable integrations with them.
• Design DAG patterns: dependency management, partial retry, backfill procedures.
• Implement and maintain authentication flows, token refresh handling, and secrets management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production environments.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of integration services.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to support platform scalability and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives.
• Write Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for significant design choices.

Skills & Experience

Must have:

• 6+ years in data engineering.
• Advanced Python: API clients, file processing, schema validation, integration logic.
• Deep Airflow experience: DAG design, dynamic generation, sensors, retry patterns, backfill, pools, connections management.
• dbt (mid+): bronze/silver models, source freshness, tests, materialisation strategy.
• Snowflake (mid): external stages, COPY INTO, storage integration, basic optimisation.
• API integration experience: authentication (OAuth, API keys), pagination, rate limiting, retry with backoff, error classification.
• Proven experience building reusable pipeline frameworks/templates that others use daily.
• Reverse ETL or outbound integration experience: pushed data from the warehouse to external systems.
• Writes clear documentation: architecture decisions, pipeline templates, and onboarding guides for the team.
• CI/CD pipeline design (GitHub Actions).

Nice to have:

• Terraform basics.
• Metadata-driven / config-driven pipeline experience.
• Experience with ESP platforms (DotDigital, SendGrid, Braze, or similar).
• Gambling, marketing, or multi-tenant data platform experience.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer (integration) to join our Data Platform team to help build, maintain, and scale integrations between external platforms and internal systems. Reporting directly to the Data Engineering Lead, you will focus on reliable backend services, AWS server-less infrastructure, and external API integrations that support critical business operations.
This role is fully remote across Europe and sits within the Development Department - in the Data Platform team/squad.
We are open to Seniority level here from Mid level and above.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between third-party platforms and internal systems.
• Build scalable backend services and API-based integration solutions using Python.
• Manage integrations across AWS server-less infrastructure including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EventBridge, and related services.
• Implement and maintain authentication flows, token refresh handling, retries, pagination, polling, and async job processing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production environments.
• Own integrations end-to-end, including implementation, deployment, operations, and incident handling.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and stability of integration services.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to support platform scalability and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of backend or integration engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong Python development skills with experience building and maintaining external API integrations.
• Hands-on AWS experience including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, SSM Parameter Store, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code for provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience handling authentication flows, retries, pagination, polling, and asynchronous processing.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, particularly with third-party integrations.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests for backend or integration services.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience using AI coding agents in day-to-day development workflows.
• Experience with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools is considered a plus.
• Experience working with ESP or CRM platforms is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or iGaming environments is a plus.
• Understanding of marketing data structures and identifiers is considered beneficial.
