• M365 Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of these services.
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications and workflows that leverage the Power Platform.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security measures to protect M365 environments. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and conduct training sessions to enhance their understanding and usage of M365 services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate M365 services with other enterprise applications. Participate in meetings and provide updates on the status of ongoing projects.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Developing functionality for personal accounts for webmasters and administrators.  
• Creation of a system for receiving and processing postback notifications from partners. 
• Integration of third-party services (SMS gateways, anti-fraud, Geo-IP).  
• Code coverage with tests (PHPUnit). 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial development on Symfony. 
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code (SOLID, DRY).  
• Experience with PostgreSQL (complex joins, indexes). 
• Experience with queues (Redis/RabbitMQ). 
• Attention to detail.

Рекрутинг:

• Закриття вакансій (IT вакансії)
• Побудова та контроль воронки найму
• Проведення інтерв’ю (soft skills + cultural fit)
• Аналітика по рекрутингу

Наші очікування:

• Досвід роботи HRG / HRBP від 2х років
• Досвід самостійного закриття вакансій
• Досвід в IT або digital буде перевагою
• Вміння працювати з керівниками як з партнерами
• Системність та самостійність

Формат роботи:

• Remote
