We're looking for Rust engineers who want to build systems that work when it matters most.

What you'll build

You'll write Rust code that runs in the most demanding environments we can imagine:

• Distributed systems that maintain consistency across continents while handling millions of operations per second
• Real-time data pipelines that ingest, transform, and analyze streams from thousands of heterogeneous sources with millisecond latency requirements
• High-performance compute engines that execute complex analytical queries across datasets too large to fit in memory
• Zero-downtime infrastructure that supports mission-critical operations where system failures have real consequences
• Secure by design systems where memory safety, type safety, and correctness aren't optional—they're requirements

You won't be building CRUD apps. You won't be adding features to a SaaS product. You'll be solving fundamental computer science problems and shipping production systems that operate at scale.

What we're looking for

You have deep systems programming experience:

• You think in terms of memory layouts, cache lines, and instruction pipelines
• You understand concurrency primitives, lock-free algorithms, and the hardware memory model
• You know when to use unsafe Rust and, more importantly, when not to
• You can debug a deadlock, optimize a hot path, or track down a memory leak

You write Rust like you mean it:

• You leverage the type system to eliminate entire classes of bugs at compile time
• You write idiomatic, zero-cost abstractions that don't compromise on performance
• You understand ownership, lifetimes, and borrowing deeply enough to design clean APIs
• You contribute to the Rust ecosystem or maintain production Rust codebases

You care about correctness:

• You write tests that actually test something
• You think about edge cases, error paths, and failure modes
• You understand that "it works on my machine" isn't good enough
• You design systems that fail gracefully and recover automatically

You work on hard problems:

• You're not satisfied with the easy solution when a better one exists
• You dig into RFCs, papers, and source code to understand how things really work
• You can explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and non-engineers
• You're intellectually curious and constantly learning

What you'll work with

Our stack is Rust-first for systems that demand performance, safety, and reliability:

• Rust for core platform services, data processing engines, and performance-critical components
• Tokio and async/await for building scalable concurrent systems
• Apache Arrow, DataFusion, and Parquet for analytical workloads
• Kubernetes, Envoy, and gRPC for cloud-native distributed systems
• PostgreSQL, S3, and distributed consensus systems for state management

You'll work alongside engineers who have built distributed databases, contributed to major open source projects, written compilers, and optimized kernels. You'll learn from people who care deeply about doing things right.

We’re not going to pretend this is “the most innovative blockchain/web3/ai/sustainability/soulbound-identity/metaverse startup ever”. It’s a mid-sized product company that prints decent money, ships consumer-facing mobile & web apps people actually use every day, and has more budget than most “mission-driven” teams that pay in pizza and RSUs worth $0.02 tomorrow.

What we actually need right now:

• You draw clean, modern, feminine-leaning interfaces that make 18–34-year-old women say “ooooh I want that” instead of “okay I guess”
• You care about micro-interactions, motion, hover states, scroll-jacking-that-actually-feels-good, glass-morphism done right, neumorphism that doesn’t look like 2020 cancer
• You can defend “this button needs 1 more px of padding and 4% more border-radius” with actual user testing numbers or at least a vibe check that holds up in a 30-second video call
• Figma is your main weapon (bonus: you also bully people in principle about why “we should migrate everything to FigJam + Variables + Dev Mode”)
• You’re fast when we need fast, obsessive when we need pretty, and diplomatic when the PM is pushing Comic Sans “because it tests better with our audience in tier-3 cities”

Realistic weekly mix (not the corporate-lie version):

• 40% new features / big redesigns
• 30% making existing shitty screens not look like they were designed in 2018
• 15% “can you make this 20% sexier by Tuesday?”
• 10% arguing with backend guys about why 48×48 px icons are not “good enough”
• 5% posting process porn / before-afters in the company Telegram that get 40+ 🔥 reactions

Who usually kills it here (anatomy of our best recent hires):

• Very online aesthetic taste (you know exactly which Pinterest boards / Beige/Balletcore/S Clean Girl / coquette / mob wife / indie sleaze / whatever wave we’re on right now)
• Portfolio that makes straight guys pause scrolling for 3+ seconds
• Zero tolerance for ugly gradients and 2016 Material shadows
• Can speak in zoom without turning into a potato web-cam gremlin
• Doesn’t die inside when asked to design yet another auth / onboarding / subscription screen

What you get besides money:

What you’ll actually do (on paper):

• Source, seduce and close senior engineers, product people, designers, growth hackers who are also… unmedicated
• Write job descriptions so horny and unhinged that the right degenerates apply and everyone else self-selects out
• Run a pipeline that moves at the speed of a 4 am decision
• Negotiate offers while both parties are on the comedown
• Attend “industry events” that end at sunrise
• Protect the founders from HR when someone inevitably sues (or proposes a threesome in the same email)

What we actually care about (real list):

• You already have 50–150 high-signal contacts who are talented + deeply unwell
• You can tell within 90 seconds whether someone is going to fit the company culture or whether they’ll cry to their therapist about us
• Zero moral panic when someone DMs you nudes instead of a CV
• Comfortable lying to corporate candidates so the freaks can keep their slots
• You’ve already blacklisted half the “good culture” startups in your city and you’re proud of it

Вимоги

Обов'язкові:

• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду з Golang
• Глибоке розуміння Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels)
• Досвід роботи з REST API та gRPC
• Знання реляційних БД (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Досвід роботи з Git
• Розуміння принципів SOLID, чистої архітектури
• Досвід написання unit та integration тестів
• Знання Docker та основ контейнеризації

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід роботи з Kubernetes
• Знання NoSQL баз даних (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Досвід з message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS)
• Знання CI/CD практик (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Досвід роботи з хмарними платформами (AWS, GCP, Azure)
