We are TopTraff, a media buying team working with spend-based offers in the iGaming niche, primarily across Tier-3 geos. One of our key projects is an in-house product that we are actively developing.

Our team already consists of 50+ people, including media buyers, technical specialists, and designers. Our current main focus is scaling the business, which is why we are expanding the team.
At the moment, we are looking for a Team Lead for the Facebook direction.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the Facebook team;
• Scaling existing setups and finding new ones;
• Building, optimizing, and improving team processes;
• Analyzing performance and making strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven cases from the last 3 months (successful campaigns, scaling, creative performance);
• Hands-on traffic buying experience is mandatory — we do not have team leads who do not buy traffic themselves;
• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Head;
• Strong experience with creatives: from setting tasks to analysis and scaling;
• Ability to scale and optimize campaigns in a systematic way.
