The Role
We’re looking for an Odoo Developer who will help us design, develop, and maintain ERP modules and integrations that support our internal operations and partner projects.
You’ll work closely with product managers, HR, and finance teams to automate processes and ensure Odoo runs smoothly across multiple business units.

The Role
We’re looking for an Odoo Developer who will help us design, develop, and maintain ERP modules and integrations that support our internal operations and partner projects.
You’ll work closely with product managers, HR, and finance teams to automate processes and ensure Odoo runs smoothly across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and extend Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Membership, Invoicing, etc) to suit business workflows.
• Develop new modules/apps in Odoo (Python, XML, QWeb) for membership tracking, facility booking, real-estate cataloguing, etc.
• Integrate Odoo with other systems (API, webhooks, external databases, payment gateways).
• Work with product team to clarify requirements, propose solution design within Odoo ecosystem.
• Provide ongoing support: bug-fixes, upgrades, performance optimizations.
• Write technical documentation and assist hand-over to internal / external stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, testing, version control and deployment best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with Odoo.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Good familiarity with Odoo ORM, module architecture, views, workflows, QWeb reports.
• Experience in integrating Odoo with external systems.
• Good understanding of business processes (CRM, membership management, subscriptions/billing).
• Comfortable working remotely, collaborating with product and dev teams across timezones.
• English: working proficiency (reading/specs, communication).
• Preferred: Ukrainian location (or willing to work Ukrainian hours) and ideally previous freelance or agency experience.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with fitness/gym SaaS or real-estate catalogue systems.
• Experience migrating/customizing Odoo for non-standard verticals.
• Experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning, data modelling in Odoo.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for deployment of Odoo environments.

Role Overview
This is a strategic and hands-on role for a marketing professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You will lead social media and digital marketing activities, develop content strategies, manage campaigns, and establish marketing processes. You will collaborate with our creative team, work on multiple brands and products, and have the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Social Media Strategy & Execution:
  — Develop and execute the social media strategy for Top Netics and selected portfolio companies across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  — Curate, create, and manage content that aligns with brand voice, company goals, and audience engagement objectives.
• Campaign Management:
  — Run both organic and paid campaigns, monitor results, and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, leads).
  — Research, test, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI.
• Content Creation & Governance:
  — Oversee social media governance and content quality.
  — Manage content for websites and other digital channels.
  — Work closely with the creative team and use AI tools to streamline and enhance content production.
• Analytics & Optimization:
  — Provide regular performance reports and propose process improvements.
  — Benchmark tools and solutions to keep our marketing tech stack up to date.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  — Work with senior stakeholders (including C-level executives) to ensure alignment with business goals.
  — Build a small marketing team to support execution and growth.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 2–3+ years in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications.
• Previous experience in software development, fintech, blockchain, or product-driven companies is a strong plus.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
• Proven ability to create compelling content and engage online communities.
• Hands-on experience with social media advertising, analytics, and automation tools (CRM, marketing automation).

Comfortable working with AI tools for content creation and optimization.

• Stakeholder management experience, including work with senior leadership.

Mindset:

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Creative, curious, and eager to experiment with new formats and technologies.
• Willingness to work hard and build marketing processes from the ground up.
• Passion for communication and technology — interest in blockchain is a big plus.

Education:

You will take ownership of Nuxt-based frontends, working closely with backend and product teams to adapt and grow an existing platform for multiple user groups.

— Take ownership of development, maintenance, and optimization of Nuxt-based web applications.
— Design and implement clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend architectures using Vue and Nuxt.
— Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, including authentication, authorization, and state management.

Key Responsibilities

— Take ownership of development, maintenance, and optimization of backend APIs and admin systems built with Laravel and MySQL.
— Design and implement secure, well-structured REST APIs for web and external integrations.
— Implement and maintain robust authentication, authorization, and secure API access patterns.
— Manage background processing, caching, and asynchronous workflows using Redis and RabbitMQ.
— Integrate and optimize Elasticsearch for advanced search and indexing use cases.
— Ensure high performance, scalability, and high code quality through automated testing.
— Contribute to DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-related decisions.
