WHAT WE DO AT TOOLSENSE

ToolSense was founded in June 2017 by Alexander Manafi, Benjamin Petterle, and Rostyslav Yavorskyi with the vision to support maintenance, repair, and operation teams by digitizing asset processes, enabling automation & empowering smarter decisions.

Through unifying assets, people & processes in ToolSense, the lives of frontline workers become easier & asset-intensive industries become more efficient.

ToolSense has already won numerous international customers from the facility services & construction industry and renowned industry awards, such as the “Interclean Innovation Award” or the “Construction Equipment Forum Startup Award”. Furthermore, ToolSense recently raised an €8m Series A investment round led by PwC IIoT to double down on its strategy of digitising asset-intensive industries.

YOUR PROFILE

- 3+ years of experience in working as Business Analyst in software development for one of the big 10 outsourcing companies in Ukraine, preferably with exposure to international projects

- Bachelor or masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Familiarity with the IT and software development sector, particularly in the context of product development and implementation.

- Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business, user, and system requirements.

- Being hands on Experienced in working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Ability to negotiate and build consensus among stakeholders.

- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and the ability to work closely with development teams.

- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology landscapes.

- Keen interest in continuous learning and professional development in the field of business analysis and requirements engineering.

- Excellent English and great communication skills
