We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer for an innovative product in the AI Social Discovery domain. The team is working on next-generation AI companions: MyAnima and Get Honey.

Your tasks:

• Designing the product to achieve market leadership in its niche.
• Developing product interfaces that meet the needs of users and the brand.
• Designing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and finished designs.
• Improving existing interfaces based on analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing.
• Conducting competitive analysis of UI/UX solutions.
• Working closely with Product Manager and developers to implement the design.
• Tracking new UI/UX trends and implementing them in the project.

From you:

• Proven experience in designing B2C products with a large user base.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch or similar.
• Deep understanding of the principles of usability, responsive design and building user flows.
• Skills in creating interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing for design validation.
• Ability to effectively interact with developers, managers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze design solutions and focus on important details to improve product quality.
• Ability to accept and integrate feedback to improve the result.
• Willingness to constantly improve the product, skills and innovate.
• Understanding of user needs and focus on creating the most convenient and effective experience.

• Розробка, погодження та впровадження SEO-стратегії для міжнародних сайтів (Google, Bing, локальні пошукові системи).
• Керівництво командою SEO-спеціалістів: побудова команди, адаптація, навчання, мотивація та контроль KPI.
• Контроль технічної оптимізації: індексація, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first.
• Спільне з SEO-спеціалістами та контент-департаментом планування контент-стратегії: семантика, кластеризація, ТЗ для редакторів, контроль якості.
• Управління стратегією лінкбілдингу: анкор-листи, контроль донорів, розширення інструментарію разом з департаментом лінкбілдингу.
• Регулярна комунікація зі суміжними підрозділами компанії для досягнення бізнес-цілей.
• Робота з аналітикою: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Bing Webmaster Tools.
• Впровадження та тестування AI-інструментів для автоматизації SEO.
• Відповідальність за KPI: ріст органічного трафіку, позиції, конверсії та PnL.

• Підтверджений досвід побудови та успішного управління (мінімум — досягнута точка беззбитковості команди) щонайменше двома різними SEO-командами (full-cycle: підбір, адаптація, постановка процесів, мотивація, контроль KPI).
• Глибокі управлінські навички: розподіл ролей та завдань, формування стратегій, розвиток співробітників, вирішення конфліктів.
• Практичний досвід керівництва командами у конкурентних нішах (iGaming, Dating, Nutra, Betting та інші high-risk напрямки).
• Розвинене бізнес-мислення: вміння працювати з PnL, встановлювати та переглядати KPI, оцінювати ефективність роботи команди та окремих співробітників у цифрах.
• Вміння приймати управлінські рішення на основі аналітики та метрик (трафік, конверсії, ROI, CPA, LTV тощо).
• Відмінне розуміння SEO як дисципліни (технічна оптимізація, контент, лінкбілдинг, аналітика) для постановки завдань і контролю якості виконання.

• Розробляти, узгоджувати та реалізовувати стратегію SEO для міжнародних клієнтських проектів (Google, Bing, локальні пошуковики).
• Керувати SEO-командою під різні клієнтські ГЕО та проекти: формування команди, адаптація, навчання під специфіку JS SEO та мультирегіональних проектів, мотивація та KPI.
• Практично вирішувати SEO-проблеми для проектів на JS-движках: індексація, налаштування та виправлення SSR, робота з пререндерингом і динамічними сайтами.
• Через управління SEO-командою вести мультирегіональні проекти на кількох доменах: налаштовувати коректні зв’язки через canonical і hreflang, усувати конфлікти між регіонами та забезпечувати релевантність сторінок.
• Планувати разом із SEO-спеціалістами та контент-департаментом контент-стратегію для мультирегіональних сайтів: кластеризація, семантика, ТЗ для редакторів, контроль якості та локалізації.
• Управляти стратегією лінкбілдингу з урахуванням регіональної специфіки: анкор-листи, контроль донорів, робота з різними ринками.
• Забезпечувати регулярну комунікацію зі суміжними підрозділами та клієнтськими командами для досягнення бізнес-цілей.
• Працювати з аналітикою: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Bing Webmaster Tools, BI-інструменти.
• Впроваджувати та тестувати AI-інструменти для автоматизації SEO.
• Відповідати за KPI клієнтських проектів: зростання органічного трафіку, позиції, конверсії.

• Підтверджений досвід побудови та успішного управління (мінімум — виведення команди у точку беззбитковості) щонайменше двома різними SEO-командами (повний цикл: підбір, адаптація, побудова процесів, мотивація, контроль KPI).
• Підтверджений досвід роботи з клієнтськими проектами у конкурентних нішах (iGaming, Dating, Nutra, Betting та інші high-risk напрями) — кандидат має фактами підтвердити топ-3–5 за XXX-запитами у проектах, які він або його команда вели.
• Практичний досвід роботи з SEO-проектами на JS-движках (React, Vue, Angular та ін.), включно з вирішенням проблем індексації/ранжування та налаштування SSR (на консультативному рівні).
• Досвід ведення мультирегіональних проектів на кількох доменах із використанням canonical та hreflang.
• Сильні управлінські навички: розподіл ролей і задач, формування стратегій, розвиток співробітників, навчання під складні проекти, вирішення конфліктів.
• Практичний досвід керівництва SEO-командами у конкурентних нішах (iGaming, Dating, Nutra, Betting та інші high-risk напрями).
• Розвинене бізнес-мислення: вміння працювати з P&L, ставити та переглядати KPI, оцінювати ефективність роботи команди й окремих співробітників у цифрах.
