Our mission is to create a multi-tenant platform that real-estate companies can use to tokenize and manage their own assets on-chain - starting with Polygon.
 

We’re hiring a full-time, full-focus Back-end Developer with blockchain experience to build the platform from scratch and lead key architecture decisions.
 

What you’ll do: 

• Design and develop smart contracts for an RWA tokenization platform (Polygon, Solidity).
• Build the backend from scratch (we’re considering Python / Node.js / Go - we choose together).
• Implement multi-tenant architecture so multiple real-estate companies can use the platform simultaneously.
• Integrate backend APIs with the front-end (front-end is handled by a dedicated FE developer).
• Ensure smart contracts and backend logic are well-tested, secure, and production-ready.
• Research and choose the right technical approach/tools where needed - you’ll have real autonomy.
   

Requirements

• Backend: 3+ years building complex backend systems with Python / Node.js / Go.
• Blockchain: Commercial Web3 experience (at least ~6 months or a shipped project) with Solidity.
• Architecture ownership: You’ve built systems from scratch and can make decisions on:
  • database structure, data model
  • service boundaries / APIs
  • integrations and third-party services
  • deployment / observability basics
     

Nice to have

• BSc in Computer Science / Math / Physics (or equivalent engineering depth).
• Experience with security reviews, audits, or writing contract test suites.

We’re looking for a full-time, full-focus Front-end Developer (React / Next.js) who can own the UI from scratch and ship a clean, reliable product fast.
 

What you’ll do: 

• Build the front-end application from scratch using React.js + Next.js.
• Develop core product flows:
  • onboarding & authentication
  • multi-tenant workspace (company-level separation)
  • asset pages (property/token details)
  • investment / checkout flows (UI + integrations)
  • admin dashboards (assets, investors, documents, statuses)
• Integrate with backend APIs and blockchain-related data (wallet connection, transaction status, on-chain/off-chain syncing).
• Work closely with Product Manager + Backend/Blockchain Engineer to define UX, data contracts, and release scope.
• Ensure high quality: responsiveness, performance, error handling, analytics events, and production readiness.
   

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of professional experience with React.js, and strong experience with Next.js.
• Strong front-end fundamentals: component architecture, state management, async data flows, performance optimization.
• Experience integrating with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and handling auth/session flows.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership (this is a build-from-scratch role).
• Solid UI craftsmanship: clean layouts, attention to detail, and good UX instincts.
   

Nice to have: 

• Web3 UI experience (wallet connection, signing, tx lifecycle, chain switching).
• Familiarity with libraries like wagmi / viem / ethers, or similar.
• Experience with dashboards and data-heavy UIs (tables, filters, permissions, roles).
• Basic understanding of security best practices for front-end (XSS, auth flows, safe handling of sensitive data).

Product Manager (UI/UX + Delivery) - RWA Real Estate Tokenization Platform (B2B, Multi-tenant)
 

TokenSaver is a B2B product company building an RWA platform to tokenize real-estate assets and enable fractional investment into real estate.

We’re creating a multi-tenant platform that real-estate companies can use to tokenize and manage their own assets (Polygon as the primary network). We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can also do UI/UX - someone who can define the product, design the experience, and drive delivery with the engineering team.

This is a role for someone independent, fast, and detail-oriented, who wants real ownership.
 

What you’ll do

• Own the product end-to-end: strategy → scope → UX/UI → specs → delivery → iteration.
• Turn business goals into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Design and ship key workflows:
  • multi-tenant onboarding (real-estate companies)
  • asset / token creation & management
  • investor onboarding flows (KYC-ready UX if applicable)
  • investment / checkout UX and transaction status flows
  • admin dashboards (assets, investors, docs, approvals, payouts)
  • roles/permissions UX
• Write clear product specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, empty/error states.
• Work daily with Front-end + Backend/Blockchain engineers, run sprints, prioritize backlog, unblock decisions.
• Own product quality: UX consistency, release readiness, analytics events, and feedback loop.
   

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, with strong UI/UX execution (you can design, not only manage).
• Excellent Figma skills (flows → UI → design system basics).
• Strong product thinking: prioritization, tradeoffs, and ability to simplify complex logic.
• Proven track record shipping features with engineers (web apps / B2B SaaS).
• Strong communication and ownership mindset.
