We’re looking for a Compliance Operations Specialist - a detail-oriented and reliable professional who keeps order across legal, compliance, and financial operations.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and help manage contracts, documents, and company compliance across several international entities.Key Focus Areas
Legal Support:
Review and prepare company agreements and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.Compliance & Documentation:
Manage compliance documentation for online and offline banking partners, handle KYC/AML materials, address verification, and required filings.Administrative & Executive Support:
Assist with administrative and legal matters — visa applications, residency documentation, and coordination of company paperwork across jurisdictions.Financial & Tax Coordination:
Prepare and organize tax and financial documents for multiple company entities, ensuring consistency and compliance.Dispute Resolution & Claims:
Draft and submit formal complaints, refund requests, and other legal claims related to client or partner disputes.Requirements
- Higher education (Law, Finance, or Business Administration preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role (legal, compliance, or operations)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Independent, responsible, and consistent in follow-through.
- Understanding of legal and financial documentation workflows.
- Confident using AI tools for document preparation and research.
English level: B2 or higher (able to work with legal and financial documentation).
