We’re looking for a Junior Web Designer with a strong interest in modern web design and hands-on skills in Webflow. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow quickly through real client work, expert guidance, and practical challenges in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Create responsive, visually engaging landing pages and websites using Webflow.
• Design UI components, layouts, and interactions that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketers, product teams, and developers to deliver high-quality web experiences.
• Prepare design assets (icons, illustrations, banners, imagery) for web use.
• Assist in improving existing websites: layout refinements, animations, visual consistency, SEO-friendly structure.
• Support A/B testing experiments and landing page optimization.

• Participate in design reviews, follow feedback, and grow through mentorship.

   

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Webflow: layouts, collections (CMS), animations, components.
• Understanding of modern web/UI principles: spacing, typography, colors, grids.
• Skills in Figma or similar tools for UI/UX design.
• Ability to translate design concepts into clean Webflow pages.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work with feedback.

• Basic understanding of responsive design and accessibility.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience creating simple animations (Lottie, Webflow interactions).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
• Skills in basic graphic editing (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Understanding of UX flows and wireframing.

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our backend team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance, and reliable microservices for modern products across fintech, AI, telecom, healthcare, and other high-load domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using Java (17/21) and Spring Boot.
• Work with event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Integrate with internal and external REST/GraphQL services.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering best practices.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Investigate and resolve production issues, contributing to CI/CD and observability improvements.

   

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Java and hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
• Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles: microservices, event-driven systems, clean architecture.
• Experience with Git, unit testing (JUnit), and debugging/profiling tools.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reliable test code using Python.
• Participate in API testing (REST/GraphQL) and basic UI automation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and improve test coverage.
• Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects.
• Help maintain test data, test environments, and CI pipelines.
• Learn and apply best practices in test automation, software testing, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals (test types, test levels, bug lifecycle).
• Experience or strong interest in test automation.
• Familiarity with API testing concepts (HTTP, REST, JSON).
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control.
• Understanding of how CI/CD pipelines work (theory or basic practice).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang).
• Build modern, responsive frontend applications using React (TypeScript preferred).
• Develop and maintain REST / GraphQL APIs and integrate frontend with backend services.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data consistency and performance.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data flows.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across both frontend and backend layers.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability improvements.

Вимоги

• Грамотна українська та базова англійська (листування, інструкції).
• Впевнене користування Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Відповідальність, уважність, організованість.
