We are currently seeking a Junior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about Python development, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to innovative projects, we’d love to hear from you!
 

Responsibilities  
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications.  
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices.  
- Assist in debugging and improving existing applications.  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, PM, and senior developers.  
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.  
- Contribute to automation, APIs, or data pipelines depending on project needs.  
- Follow agile methodologies in your workflow.  
 

Requirements  
- Basic knowledge of Python and programming fundamentals.  
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures.  
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask.  
- Experience with REST APIs and working with JSON/XML data.  
- Basic understanding of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite).  
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.  
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.  
- Basic English skills for reading documentation and team communication.  
 

Nice to Have  
- Experience with Git and version control.  
- Exposure to front-end tools or templates (e.g., HTML, CSS, JS).  
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.  
- Interest in testing, automation, or data-related tasks.  
- Awareness of software development lifecycle and agile principles.

Менеджер з продажів (SDR + BDM) | Гібрид (Київ/Одеса)

Команда TJHelpers шукає менеджера з продажів, який буде вести повний цикл — від пошуку потенційного клієнта до моменту його першої оплати. Якщо ти вмієш знаходити контакт з людьми, цікавишся продажами і хочеш зростати — будемо раді знайомству!

Що потрібно буде робити:

Етап 1 — пошук та обробка лідів:

-шукати потенційних клієнтів (через LinkedIn, email, іноді дзвінки);

-виходити на перший контакт, прогрівати інтерес;

-домовлятися про консультацію.

Етап 2 — продаж та супровід:

-проводити консультації, презентувати послуги;

-відповідати на заперечення, формувати довіру;

-закривати угоди (оплата, контракт);

-супроводжувати клієнта до моменту старту співпраці.

Що ми очікуємо від тебе:

- досвід у продажах (B2B або B2C) — від 0,5 місяця;

- бажання вчитися й розвиватися у сфері продажів;

- комунікабельність, ініціативність, самоорганізація;

- англійська — на рівні для листування (Intermediate+ буде плюсом);

- досвід із CRM або email-воронками — буде перевагою, але не обов’язково.
