We are seeking a Middle- to Senior-level UX/UI Designer who can combine creativity and usability, delve deeply into the essence of each project, and carefully consider logic, flows, and navigation. You follow design trends but rely on your own taste and critical thinking, aiming for solutions that are both visually strong and genuinely useful.
You’ll work within our established UX/UI process, owning design for projects from discovery to delivery, and using AI tools as a natural part of your workflow.
What you’ll do
- Own the UX/UI design for assigned projects from discovery to delivery, following and improving our established design process.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, constraints, and user needs, and turn them into clear design tasks.
- Learn project materials and domain specifics, clarify requirements, and provide initial design estimations for your work.
- Conduct and synthesize user and market research (including desk research, competitor analysis, and using AI tools for faster insights).
- Create CJMs, user journeys, user flows, and sitemaps to structure the product and define information architecture.
- Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI screens in Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Ensure intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across all touchpoints.
- Use AI tools for research, UX writing support, and media generation (images, icons, simple illustrations, basic video snippets) to speed up and enrich the design process.
- Prepare and deliver clear design presentations, tell the story behind your decisions, and confidently answer questions from clients and the team.
- Collaborate closely with developers to validate technical feasibility, cover edge cases, and provide a clean, detailed handoff in Figma.
- Support implementation, reviewing builds, and helping the team keep the product aligned with the design.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to other designers, and contribute to improving our design processes and standards.
- Collaborate with the team via Slack and ClickUp, and participate in regular project and design review meetings.
- You’ll work within a clear, user-centered UX/UI process, while keeping enough flexibility to adapt to each project and client.
What you bring (Requirements)
Experience & hard skills
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer working on web and/or mobile products (agency or product teams).
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies that show your thinking, not only beautiful UI screens.
- Excellent Figma skills: components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
- Hands-on experience working with and maintaining design systems and UI kits.
- Solid UX toolkit:
- user and market research (AI-assisted and manual),
- CJM and user journeys,
- user flows and sitemaps,
- information architecture,
- low- and high-fidelity wireframes,
- interactive prototypes.
- Strong visual design skills: typography, layout, color, composition, and hierarchy.
- Experience designing responsive web interfaces and a good understanding of platform guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines; knowledge of Material Design is a plus).
- Understanding of core web accessibility principles and how to apply them in design.
- Confidence in using AI tools in your daily work:
- AI-assisted research and structure for UX documents,
- AI writing support (microcopy, UX text drafts),
- AI media generation (images, icons, simple illustrations, video snippets).
- Ability to connect design decisions with business and user value (you understand why you design something, not only how).
- English at B2 level or higher – you can join client meetings, discuss requirements, and present your work.
Mindset & soft skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high-quality bar for your own work.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills – you can explain complex decisions in simple language.
- Empathy for users, clients, and teammates; you listen, not just speak.
- Ownership mindset: you take responsibility for the result, not just for completing tasks.
- Good time management and ability to organize your work independently within deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to give constructive feedback to other designers.
- You enjoy close collaboration with PMs, developers, and other designers and don’t work in a silo.
- Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic environment where requirements can evolve.
- Passion for learning and staying up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of development principles (what is easy/hard or expensive to implement).
- A basic understanding of animation and motion principles for interface design.
- Experience with branding and graphic design (logos, brand guides, marketing banners).
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, or design reviews with stakeholders.
- Experience in planning or analyzing usability tests.
Tools we use
- Figma – design, prototyping, and design systems.
- ClickUp – task and project management.
- Slack – daily team communication.
- AI tools – ChatGPT or alternatives for research and writing; AI image/illustration/video tools (e.g., Freepik AI and similar services).
- Sketching tools – any tools you prefer for quick ideation (paper, tablet apps, etc.).
