We are looking for an experienced Upwork Sales Manager to join Time2Launch and take ownership of our sales process on Upwork.

You will be responsible not only for finding jobs, but for turning Upwork opportunities into real clients - from identifying the right projects and sending proposals to communicating with prospects, joining calls, negotiating, and closing deals.

What you will do

• Search Upwork daily for relevant software, mobile, and AI projects
• Analyze job posts and qualify potential opportunities
• Decide which projects are worth pursuing
• Write and submit personalized Upwork proposals
• Communicate with clients through Upwork
• Ask the right questions to understand client requirements and budget
• Schedule and participate in discovery calls
• Prepare offers and estimates together with our technical team
• Follow up with potential clients
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms
• Move qualified leads through the sales pipeline
• Close deals and hand over confirmed projects to the delivery team
• Maintain accurate information about leads, proposals, calls, and deals
• Track sales performance and improve conversion rates

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in Upwork sales / business development
• Experience selling software development services
• Strong understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, or AI development
• Excellent English - written and spoken
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements without being a developer
• Experience communicating with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Experience selling AI development and AI automation
• Experience selling Flutter, React, Node.js, Python, or other development services
• Experience with larger B2B projects
• A strong Upwork profile and proven history of winning projects

The Time2Launch team is seeking a skilled and motivated Upwork Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive our client acquisition efforts on Upwork. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our Sales team by driving the lead generation process, managing communication, coordinating schedules, and assisting with proposal preparation.

You’ll collaborate closely with both our Sales and Technical teams to ensure a seamless client acquisition process, from identifying relevant opportunities to qualifying leads and preparing them for further communication with our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or business development on Upwork, with a proven track record of successful client acquisition
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher - strong written communication skills are essential
• Solid understanding of Upwork's platform, including client research, opportunity identification, engagement strategies, and proposal crafting
• Ability to analyze job descriptions and identify projects relevant to our services
• Experience creating personalized proposals tailored to specific client needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple leads, conversations, and follow-ups simultaneously
• Understanding of software development, AI, mobile development, automation, or IT services will be considered a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Proactively search and identify potential clients and relevant projects on Upwork that align with Time2Launch's services
• Research potential clients, their businesses, project requirements, and technical needs
• Engage with potential clients and initiate relevant conversations
• Create compelling and personalized Upwork proposals tailored to each client's needs and requirements
• Track and manage leads throughout the acquisition process
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain effective communication with prospects
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities with strong business potential
• Coordinate schedules and assist in preparing prospects for calls with the Sales team
• Track lead-generation performance and key KPIs
• Analyze results and continuously improve lead-generation and proposal strategies
