What You’ll Do
Design Innovation

• Create visually captivating web designs while adhering to design frameworks and user flow standards.
• Develop creative iterations of proven layouts that balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Experience designing for DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, including advertorials, landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows.

Collaboration

• Partner with developers, marketers, and product managers to align on design objectives.

• Clearly present your ideas to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned.

   

User Experience (UX)

• Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and align with our brand.

• Optimize user engagement through thoughtful design choices.

   

Prototyping & Iteration

• Produce prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to test and refine ideas.

• Gather feedback and refine designs to achieve project goals.

   

Trend Awareness

• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate them into your work.

• Use creative thinking to adapt trends within proven concepts.

   

What You Bring
Design Expertise

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio showcasing redesigns and creative work.
• Experience with web animation is a bonus!
   

UX/UI Knowledge

• Solid understanding of user experience principles and responsive design.

 Experience in eCommerce, fitness/health industries, or content platforms is a plus.

Creativity with Constraints

• Ability to think outside the box while respecting established flows.

Experience reimagining existing designs or workflows.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development processes.
• Familiarity with design systems and frameworks.

Media Buyer

We are an E-commerce advertiser working across high-volume performance campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer with a strong background in Nutra and/or E-commerce who understands how to scale profitably — not just spend budget.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has managed significant daily spend,

understands risk management, and can explain exactly how they scale campaigns while

maintaining profitability.

You will be the first in-house Media Buyer pushing the buttons internally, so we need

someone who can both execute and help build structure, processes, and eventually a team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Launching, managing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and other
• possible traffic sources.
• Managing daily budgets with a strong focus on profitability, efficiency, and long-term
• scalability.
• Explaining and demonstrating how you’ve previously scaled campaigns successfully
• while controlling risk.
• Monitoring and optimising key metrics including CPA, CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversion
• rates, and overall campaign profitability.
• Testing creatives, funnels, audiences, landing pages, and offers to improve
• performance
• Staying ahead of platform changes, compliance updates, and performance
• fluctuations
• Using tracking, attribution, and reporting tools to maintain campaign control and
• performance visibility
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to improve campaign
• output
• Helping build internal media buying processes, infrastructure, and eventually
• assisting with hiring and managing media buyers

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in E-commerce (highly preferred) and/or strong experience in Nutra.
• Proven track record managing and scaling profitable campaigns with significant ad
• spend
• Understanding of Meta advertising including campaign structures, optimisation,
• scaling strategies, and performance analysis
• Experience with additional traffic sources beyond Meta is a strong advantage
