We are an E-commerce advertiser working across high-volume performance campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to drive performance for fast-growing DTC brands. You’ll own the strategy and execution of high-impact email campaigns—from concept to inbox. You know how to blend creativity with data, and you’re always looking for ways to optimise and improve.
 

You'll collaborate closely with designers, analyse performance metrics, and ensure every email delivers real ROI.
 

What you'll do

• Plan, build, and optimise email campaigns for a variety of DTC brands
• Work closely with designers: write clear briefs, review creatives, and ensure top-quality output
• Develop smart segmentation strategies based on behaviour, customer status, and lifecycle stage
•  Manage technical aspects like IP/domain warm-up, inboxing health, and overall deliverability
•  Set up and run A/B tests, track performance, and report on channel effectiveness and ROI
•  Apply proven best practices and continuously iterate based on what works
   

About you

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing (preferably in the DTC space) or a related role
• Comfortable working with email marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Must have previous experience with Klaviyo
• Experienced in A/B testing with a strong analytical mindset
• Able to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into action
• Familiar with technical aspects like deliverability and IP/domain setup
• Exceptionally organised, you can manage multiple projects without missing a beat
•  Data-driven, curious, and always looking to test, learn, and grow
