Our "Level 3" service acts as an outsourced Head of IR for high-growth startups, managing the entire journey from scientific narrative to a closed investment round.

     

    The Role We are looking for a high-performing IR Manager / Fundraiser to lead capital raising for our portfolio companies. This is a role for someone who understands that fundraising in longevity is a marathon (9–12 months), requiring both technical literacy and relentless execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    * Capital Strategy & Execution: Act as the dedicated IR Lead for 3–4 startups simultaneously, managing their full fundraising cycle.

    * Investor Mapping: Conduct granular research to identify and engage with 50+ relevant investors (VCs, Family Offices, HNWIs) per week.

    * Narrative De-risking: Work with founders to translate complex science into a compelling investment thesis. Refine pitch decks, data rooms, and financial models.

    * Pipeline Management: Drive the outreach process, lead first calls, manage follow-up cadences, and coordinate with legal teams during the closing phase.

     

    Requirements:

     

    * Proven experience in fundraising (Pre-Seed to Series A) within DeepTech, BioTech, or HealthTech.

    * Exceptional CRM discipline and communication skills.

    * Ability to hold high-level conversations with sophisticated institutional investors.

    * Fluent English (written and spoken).

You will be responsible for monetizing all facets of The Blue’s platform by connecting established industry players with our network and event engine.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    * Ecosystem Monetization: Identify and close high-value partnership deals with diagnostic centers, longevity clinics, biotech corps, and premium wellness brands.

    * Sponsorship Sales: Sell integrated partnership packages for our event series and global summit activations.

    * B2B Advisory Sales: Connect ecosystem players (e.g., a diagnostic lab) with our portfolio startups for pilot programs and distribution.

    * Account Management: Build long-term relationships with "Segment C" partners, ensuring they receive maximum value from The Blue’s network.

     

    Requirements:

     

    * Extensive background in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships (preferably in HealthTech, Pharma, or MedTech).

    * A "Hunter" mindset with a track record of closing 5- and 6-figure deals.

    * Strong networking skills and the ability to navigate complex corporate structures.

    * Understanding of the longevity and wellness market trends.
