Testerly

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer (React + Python/Node.js) to help build a next-generation AI automation platform. 

You’ll work on a workflow builder, orchestration engine, and integrations, using React/Next.js + ShadCN on the frontend and Python (FastAPI) or Node.js microservices on the backend. The stack also includes LangChain/CrewAI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, FAISS/Weaviate, Kubernetes, and enterprise-grade security.

.   Responsibilities

• Build and optimize frontend features in React/Next.js + ShadCN (pixel-perfect, detail-focused).
• Develop backend services in Python (FastAPI) or Node.js microservices.
• Contribute to the workflow builder, orchestration engine, and integrations.
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and vector search (FAISS/Weaviate).
• Implement secure authentication and access control (Supabase/Auth0, RBAC).
• Ensure observability (logging, monitoring, audit trails).
• Collaborate with designers and product leads to deliver high-quality features.
   

     Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS (ShadCN preferred).
• Solid backend experience with Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js microservices.
• Experience with API integrations, authentication flows, and data processing.
• Familiarity with scalable architectures and orchestration (Kubernetes, serverless, queues, real-time).
• Good English communication skills (remote team collaboration).
   

     Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications (LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI, Gemini).
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and vector search engines (FAISS, Weaviate).
• Background in workflow automation, RPA, or orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise security & compliance (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI).
• DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring with ELK/Datadog).

• Розробка, підтримка та оптимізація n8n workflows для різних бізнес-процесів.
• Інтеграція з зовнішніми API, базами даних, сервісами (Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, CRM, Supabase).
• Використання webhooks, triggers, schedulers для побудови ефективних сценаріїв.
• Налаштування логування, моніторингу та обробки помилок у процесах.
• Документування автоматизацій і створення інструкцій для команди/клієнтів.
• Співпраця з девелоперами та менеджерами для перекладу вимог у робочі сценарії.
• Оптимізація продуктивності (зменшення кількості запитів, кешування, контроль за витратами API).
   

Вимоги

• Практичний досвід роботи з n8n (обов’язково).
• Розуміння REST API, webhooks, JSON, OAuth2.
• Базові знання JavaScript (уміння написати прості функції)
• Досвід роботи з Google Sheets, Gmail API

• Англійска upper-intermediate

   

Буде плюсом

• Розуміння Docker, self-hosted n8n
• Знання SQL або досвід інтеграції з базами даних.
• Досвід побудови систем із AI-модулями (OpenAI API).
   

Оплата: $8-$20 в залежності від досвіду.
