What you’ll be doing:

Recruitment (80% of your time):

— Managing hiring requests and defining ideal candidate profiles based on company needs.
— Posting job openings on various platforms and conducting active candidate searches on LinkedIn, Behance, Upwork and more.
— Conducting initial interviews via Zoom or Google Meet and guiding candidates through the recruitment stages.
— Building and maintaining a talent pool database in Notion.
— Developing and refining recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.

HR Processes (20% of your time):

— Monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement through regular 1:1 meetings.
— Assisting in creating and implementing motivation systems and conducting surveys (e.g., eNPS, 360 feedback).
— Organizing onboarding for new hires and supporting their integration into the team.
— Proposing and implementing HR practices that enhance the company’s culture and processes.

What we expect from you:

— 1.5+ years of experience in a similar role.
— Strong Intermediate English or higher.
— Proficiency in Notion, Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace.
— Deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle and modern sourcing tools.
— Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
— Positive mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Proven experience managing social media for digital, web, or creative agencies
• Strong understanding of platform specifics, from LinkedIn and Behance to Clutch and Instagram
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up content production
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution
• Clear, structured communication and attention to detail

• Experience working with designers, PMs, and remote teams

• Building and executing SMM strategy across multiple platforms
• Working with a designer to publish and adapt content
• Promoting our cases, projects, services
• Growing our brand visibility, audience, reviews, and community
• Analyzing performance, testing ideas, and making data-driven decisions

• Supporting a consistent brand presence and tone of voice

We're a client-focused Shopify agency looking for a Shopify developer who takes ownership of their work from estimate to delivery.

• Build and customize Shopify and Shopify Plus stores – themes, apps, integrations
• Work with clients to clarify requirements and provide realistic estimates

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of Shopify development experience

• Strong communicator who can talk to clients, not just to code
