We are looking for a creative SMM Manager who can manage social media and develop and execute a promotion strategy for the project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective SMM strategy
• Promote the project across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.)
• Create and manage a content plan
• Write engaging copy for posts, stories, and video scripts
• Create video content for social media, including:
  • Live / authentic content
  • Content using AI tools
• Manage and grow social media accounts, increase engagement
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and other team members
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SMM Manager (1+ year or strong portfolio)
• Understanding of SMM and digital promotion fundamentals
• Ability to create engaging, trend-driven, and result-oriented content
• Experience with short-form video content (Reels / Shorts / TikTok)
• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Experience with or strong interest in AI tools for content creation
• Proactive, creative, and self-driven mindset
