Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of goals.
• Proactive Initiative Management: Identify opportunities for product improvements, spearhead initiatives, and drive projects from ideation to execution.
• Production-Focused Execution: Adopt a "ship-to-production" mindset, prioritizing speed and efficiency in delivering features to live environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Product Strategy: Define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data insights, user feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions and enhance the user journey.
• Feature Ownership: Oversee the development lifecycle for new features, including ideation, prioritization, specification, and go-to-market planning.
• Performance Monitoring: Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate on features to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 5-6 years of proven experience in product management within the mobile app and/or web app. 
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proactive approach in identifying opportunities and driving initiatives.
• Experience managing projects with a focus on fast delivery to production environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. 
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.

• Development and support of SPA on ReactJS: web version mobile-first of a high-load application, admin panels for internal use, and marketing pages
• Collaborate with other teams to effectively meet the product and technical needs of the project
• Proactively participate in improvements and existing solutions tuning
• Share expertise and knowledge with your teammates

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in development in JS (ES6+)/Typescript
• Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML5, SASS, Jest
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in development in with ReactJS version 16+ (hooks)
• Experience with state management frameworks: Redux and Redux toolkit preferred
• Intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support throughout the development of new product features — from discovering insights and product ideas in data, designing the required technical logs and DWH tables, to presenting analysis results to key stakeholders;
• Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure the right data is generated and collected;
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing dashboards and their underlying data sets;
• Monitor key metrics, and identify business trends;
• Present product and customer data-driven insights to product management and senior leadership — influence change with the outcome of your analysis and make recommendations to executives and team leaders;
• Lead deep-dive analysis that will frame product strategy and product roadmap decisions
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role;
• Advanced SQL skills, ability to perform optimized querying involving multiple tables and subqueries;
• 3+ years of practical experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/etc), ability to leverage multiple data sources;
• Ability to work with a large amount of data, create reports, and recognize patterns;
• Self-motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty;
• The ability to work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• English language proficiency — B2 is the minimum.

Would be a plus also:

• A/B testing experience;
• Proficiency in Airflow for workflow orchestration;
• Programming experience with Python or R.
