About Us:
LeadTower.io is an exciting startup dedicated to revolutionizing LinkedIn sales automation. Our innovative platform helps businesses streamline their sales processes and enhance productivity. We are looking to scale our technical team with a talented Middle-Level Backend Developer who has experience in AI.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using NestJS.
• Integrate AI solutions into the LeadTower platform to enhance automation capabilities.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Prisma for efficient database management.
• Utilize RabbitMQ for effective message brokering.
• Implement proxy solutions and manage microservices architecture.
• Utilize Redis for caching and improving performance.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS services.
• Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform by identifying and fixing bugs.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
  
   

Required Skills and Experience:

• Backend Development: Proficiency in NestJS.
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Prisma.
• Message Brokers: Knowledge of RabbitMQ or similar message broker technologies.
• Microservices Architecture: Experience with designing and implementing microservices.
• Proxy Management: Experience with implementing and managing proxy solutions.
• Caching: Experience with Redis for caching and performance improvement.
• Cloud Services: Proficient in using AWS services.
• Containerization: Experience with Docker for managing containerized applications.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Security: Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection.
• API Development: Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
