Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead the successful execution of data engineering projects in the Healthcare domain. This role involves managing a cross-functional team of Data Engineers and Product Managers ensuring delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-performing data platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data platform delivery, strong technical acumen in modern data stacks (Snowflake, Python, cloud platforms), and a working knowledge of healthcare data standards, including FHIR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data engineering initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, quality standards, and timelines.
• Promote Agile best practices, implement project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid), and drive continuous delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of Data Engineers and technical contributors focused on cloud-based data platforms and healthcare analytics solutions.
• Own the planning, execution, and governance of projects involving Snowflake, Databrics, Python, FHIR, and related tools.
• Drive collaboration between stakeholders, including Product Managers, Engineering leadership, Healthcare SMEs, and DevOps/Infrastructure teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions, overseeing architecture decisions and implementation strategy.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and key delivery metrics.

   

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project/delivery management roles, with at least 3 years managing Data Engineering or Analytics teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex data platforms and pipelines using Snowflake, Databrics, AWS, Python, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data lake/warehouse architecture, and cloud-based analytics stacks.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry, including working with clinical and claims data, and applying HIPAA and PHI standards.• Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and delivery tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing teams across time zones or geographies.

• Exposure to AI/ML solution delivery is a plus.

You’ll play a pivotal role in integrating new blockchains and protocols into our platform, contributing to a product that helps fight financial crime and promote transparency in the crypto space.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Integration of blockchains, tokens and bridges within platform;
• Maintain code to high-quality standards;
• End-to-end feature designing and implementation;
• Code, debug, test and deliver features and improvements in a continuous manner;
• Provide code review, assistance and feedback for other team members;
• Refactor code as necessary.

Required:

• 5+ years commercial experience in developing Python backend services and API for Web or Mobile Apps;
• Solid software architecture skills;
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data architecture;
• Experience with a Flask framework;
• Knowledge of Unit Testing principles;
• Experience in developing service-oriented solutions;
• Understanding of the process of integration with external services;
• Proficiency in English.

Would be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL;
• Hans-on experience in big data, key-value and other storages;
• DevOps skills for working in development environment;
• Experience with open source solutions.

Condition: 80K+ annual gross USD/EURO, B2b contract. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across Europe, offering the chance to work with a globally distributed team of blockchain analysts, mathematicians, and developers.

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Platform engineer with Go experience to help build, deploy, and evolve backend services, APIs, and automation that form the foundation of a confidential cloud platform on OpenStack.

This isn't just cloud operations—it's security-first infrastructure engineering. You'll work at the intersection of DevOps, security, and confidential computing, building platforms that protect data at the hardware level.

Why this role stands out:

•  Work hands‑on with OpenStack services (Keystone, Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance) and confidential computing technologies (Intel TDX/SGX, AMD SEV).
