Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead the successful execution of data engineering projects in the Healthcare domain. This role involves managing a cross-functional team of Data Engineers and Product Managers ensuring delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-performing data platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data platform delivery, strong technical acumen in modern data stacks (Snowflake, Python, cloud platforms), and a working knowledge of healthcare data standards, including FHIR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data engineering initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, quality standards, and timelines.
• Promote Agile best practices, implement project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid), and drive continuous delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of Data Engineers and technical contributors focused on cloud-based data platforms and healthcare analytics solutions.
• Own the planning, execution, and governance of projects involving Snowflake, Databrics, Python, FHIR, and related tools.
• Drive collaboration between stakeholders, including Product Managers, Engineering leadership, Healthcare SMEs, and DevOps/Infrastructure teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions, overseeing architecture decisions and implementation strategy.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and key delivery metrics.

   

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project/delivery management roles, with at least 3 years managing Data Engineering or Analytics teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex data platforms and pipelines using Snowflake, Databrics, AWS, Python, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data lake/warehouse architecture, and cloud-based analytics stacks.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry, including working with clinical and claims data, and applying HIPAA and PHI standards.• Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and delivery tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing teams across time zones or geographies.

• Exposure to AI/ML solution delivery is a plus.

We are looking for a highly creative and user-focused UX Designer to define the look, feel, and function of  web and mobile applications. You will be instrumental in translating complex live sports data into intuitive, glanceable, and beautiful user interfaces that thrive during the most chaotic moments of a live game.

We're looking for strong profiles with demonstrated successful, start up experience ideally from a Sports/Gaming background (in particular Fantasy sports games).

Key Responsibilities

Web-First UX Strategy

• Lead the design of all core user flows, focusing heavily on our Web platform where the majority of live fan interaction occurs.
• Conduct user testing and A/B experiments to optimize key funnels, such as live score navigation, news consumption, and community interaction.
• Ensure that core match information—scores, time, and critical events—is always legible and accessible, minimizing cognitive load during fast-paced viewing.

Data Visualization & Clarity

• Design and prototype intuitive ways to present complex football statistics, team performance metrics, and fantasy league data (e.g., heatmaps, passing networks, momentum graphs).
• Create a visually vibrant and brand-aligned UI that captures the energy and excitement of football while maintaining clarity and performance.
• Develop a flexible and scalable Design System (in Figma) that ensures consistency across all platform touchpoints and enables rapid feature development.

Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with Product Managers to translate feature requirements into polished, high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain design integrity through the development cycle.

• Iterate designs based on feedback from the engineering team, product analytics, and direct user feedback.

   

Requirements

Technical Expertise & Portfolio

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web application designs.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity design, and interactive prototyping.
• Proven experience designing data-heavy interfaces (e.g., dashboards, score trackers, analytics tools) where clarity is paramount.
• Deep understanding of responsive web design, modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap), and cross-browser compatibility.

Domain & Mindset

• Experience with gamification elements, community features (like chat or polls), or fantasy sports platforms is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage design projects from concept through launch in a fast-paced, high-release-frequency environment (not your typical 9-5).
• Be highly collaborative and possess a "team-first" attitude, willing to jump in and assist teammates on tasks that may fall outside the traditional UI/UX scope.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale and build consensus across cross-functional teams.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the fintech and payments platform. You’ll own the quality of our APIs and web app through thorough manual and automated  testing, clear communication, and well-structured test cases

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years in QA roles testing APIs and web applications.
• Strong experience designing and executing manual test plans.
• Proficiency with Postman or similar tools for API testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical and debugging abilities.
• Experience testing fintech, payments, and crypto-related systems
• Exposure to performance or load testing tools (e.g., k6, Locust).
   

Dutes:

• Design and execute manual test plans for backend APIs and the web application.
• Use Postman (and similar tools) to build and maintain API test suites.
• Create, organize, and run end-to-end test scenarios that cover payments, ledgering, and reconciliation flows.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and context on business impact.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage.
