    The Role: Full-Cycle IT Recruiter (360°)

    You will be one of the first 3 new recruiters joining our core team.

    This is a hunter role, not an traditional HR role.

     

    You will:

    • source, screen, and match AI engineers and related technical profiles
    • work from an existing curated list of prospects-clients + your own contacts if you have them.
    • hunt new clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
    • own the full commercial cycle from prospecting to placement
    • manage candidates through the entire process end-to-end
    • grow our initial market presence in selected niches
    • register every step precisely in our CRM/ATS - we have zero tolerance on data hygiene
    • take initiative, experiment, and help shape our AI-driven processes

     

    You will operate in an environment where manual work is high at the start.

    But where AI tools will gradually eliminate repetitive tasks.

    Your ability to work with AI - not fight it - is essential.

     

    What We Expect From You

    MUST-HAVES

    • Proven track record in Full-Cycle IT Recruitment (360°)
    • Strong hunter mentality: competitive, proactive, deal-driven
    • Strong people skills + strong digital/tech affinity
    • Comfort with high outbound volume : calls, email, LinkedIn
    • Discipline in data registration; we manage by data, no excuses
    • Ability to work with CRM/ATS tools efficiently
    • Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
    • Curiosity for AI, automations, new tools
    • Self-management and strong internal drive
    • Fluency in English

    NICE-TO-HAVES

    • Experience in global or remote recruitment
    • Experience with IT engineering profiles, AI, ML, or data science.
    • Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or contracting
    • Understanding of gross margin, markups, and unit economics

    Compensation & Growth

    Fixed salary: €3.000/month

    Trial period  : 3 months

    • Individual bonus per successful placement
    • Range: €1.000 – €2.000/month, depending on placement volume and gross margin realised

    After trial period:

    • Collective team bonus per successful placement, to stimulate collaboration and team spirit
    • Long-term growth potential in leadership roles as we scale globally

    • We measure output, placements, and data discipline — not presence.
