We’re looking for an SDR who also owns an outbound strategy.

Your mission:
👉 build and convert a predictable outbound pipeline into qualified calls with founders who can close $30k–$250k deals.

What You Will Own

• Defining and refining ICP together with the CEO
• Designing outbound funnels (LinkedIn, Email, Partnerships)
• Writing and improving outreach & qualification scripts
• Running discovery and qualification calls with founders & CTOs
• Manual LinkedIn prospecting (quality-first)
• Working with a Lead Generation Specialist who handles scraping & Upwork automation
• Deciding which leads are worth pursuing and which are not
• Maintaining CRM and pipeline clarity
• Continuously improving conversion from reply → call → opportunity

Ideal Background

• 2–3 years experience as SDR / BDR / Outbound Strategist in B2B
• Experience with agencies, dev studios
• Strong understanding of qualification (budget, authority, timing)
• Comfortable leading calls with founders
• Strategic mindset: you improve systems, not just execute them
• English B2+ (spoken English required for calls)

Compensation & Terms

• Base: $1,000 / month
• Bonuses: up to $1000/month (qualified calls + revenue impact)
• Growth: commission structure discussed after 2–3 months based on results

We are looking for a Webflow Developer on a project-based basis to build and maintain our corporate website for a digital services company (AI & Web3).

This is not a full-time and not a part-time role.

Each project has:

• clear scope
• fixed estimate
• fixed delivery timeline

You are not “just a Webflow builder”.

You understand:

• how digital service companies sell
• how UI/UX affects conversion
• how to integrate AI-powered features into websites
• how to work independently without waiting for micro-design fixes

🔧 Core Responsibilities

Website Development

• Build a pixel-perfect corporate website in Webflow
• Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow layouts
• Independently adjust layouts if small UI/UX improvements are needed
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and clean structure

AI & Automation Integration

• Implement AI-powered website chat (trained on company data, cases, services)
• Integrate AI-generated blog content pipelines (articles generated via AI based on relevant sources)
• Understand and work with AI APIs, prompts, and basic automation logic
• Collaborate on AI content workflows (not just static pages)

Content & Blog System

• Set up CMS collections for blogs and case studies
• Support AI-assisted content publishing
• Ensure SEO-friendly structure for articles
• Understand SSR / dynamic content rendering basics

• Strong Webflow expertise (real production projects)
• Experience building corporate websites for digital / IT / service companies
• Confident Figma → Webflow workflow
• Pixel-perfect mindset
• Solid understanding of UI & UX fundamentals
• Experience integrating AI features (chatbots, content generation, automation)
• Ability to work independently without constant designer supervision
• Clean, structured, maintainable Webflow builds

🎯 Основні задачі
    •    Аудит поточного стану проєкту (код, модулі, архітектура)
    •    Доробка та стабілізація кастомних модулів Odoo
    •    Реалізація та завершення функціоналу згідно з ТЗ:
    •    POS система (каси, фіскальні чеки, знижки, лояльність)
    •    CRM + omnichannel комунікації (Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp тощо)
    •    Замовлення, склади, складний товарний облік (FIFO, партії, терміни)
    •    Фінанси: Cash Flow, P&L, VAT, інтеграції з банком та криптогаманцем
    •    Аналітика та realtime dashboards
    •    Інтеграції через API (банки, платіжні системи, служби доставки, сайт)
    •    Оптимізація продуктивності та стабільності
    •    Підготовка до запуску та передача в production

🧠 Обов’язкові вимоги (Must have)

Odoo
    •    3+ роки комерційного досвіду з Odoo
    •    Глибоке розуміння Odoo ORM, models, views, actions, security
    •    Досвід розробки кастомних модулів з нуля
    •    Робота з Odoo POS (каси, платежі, фіскалізація — великий плюс)
    •    Розуміння multi-company, multi-warehouse логіки

Backend / Tech

• Python (впевнено)
• PostgreSQL (оптимізація запитів, індекси)
• REST API, Webhooks
• Інтеграції з зовнішніми системами
• Git (GitHub / GitLab)

Бізнес-логіка (дуже важливо)

• Розуміння:

  • складського обліку
  • фінансів (Cash Flow, P&L, VAT)
  • роботи з замовленнями та оплатами
