About the Role
We’re looking for a creative UI/UX Makeover Wizard to take our existing web app and elevate it from functional → delightful. This role is perfect for someone who sees design not just as usability, but as a craft that should surprise, delight, and “sparkle.”

What You’ll Do

• Conduct a full UX health check of our current web app
• Identify areas where the user journey feels clunky, confusing, or just plain boring
• Suggest design makeovers that are both practical (improve usability) and magical (make it sparkle ✨)
• Create mockups, wireframes, or mood boards that show “before & after” visions
• Collaborate with our team to recommend design patterns, modern UX practices, and micro-interactions that bring joy to users
• Provide actionable recommendations (not just theory) so we can actually implement your ideas

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in UI/UX design with a portfolio that shows transformation stories
• A keen eye for visual polish, micro-interactions, and little touches that “wow” users
• Experience with web apps (not just websites) — dashboards, workflows, forms, etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly and back up design choices with logic, not just vibes
• Bonus points if you’ve got front-end skills (Figma, CSS animations, React/Next.js familiarity, etc.)

The Role

We’re looking for a QA Lead who can roll up their sleeves and take ownership of QA end-to-end. You’ll lead a small crew of automation testers, set the testing strategy, and jump in hands-on when needed. One day you might be writing test cases, the next day reviewing automation coverage, and the next day running a round of manual tests to catch tricky edge cases.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate a small team of QA testers.
• Identify what should be automated (and what shouldn’t), then drive the testing strategy.
• Write and organize test cases and documentation.
• Run manual tests where automation can’t cover everything.
• Track results and keep the team updated on quality metrics.
• Work side-by-side with developers and product to spot issues early.
• Shape QA processes as we grow — you’ll have a real say in the tools, frameworks, and workflows we use.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of QA experience, with some leadership/coordination under your belt.
• Comfortable balancing automation and manual testing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills (you’ll be the one keeping testing structured in a fast-moving environment).
• A proactive, “let’s figure it out” attitude.

Bonus Points For

• Playwright experience (or other frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration.
• Past experience in a startup or small-team setting.
