    About Us
    We are building a new mobile game studio from scratch, focused on the hybrid Tower Defense / Roguelike genre.
    Our goal is to create and scale mobile games driven by strong visual design, fast prototyping, and idea validation — not by long, data-less production cycles.

    A key feature of the studio is an accelerated development process powered by deep automation and a proprietary internal template that allows us to:

    • rapidly assemble game prototypes;
    • quickly test visual styles and UI solutions;
    • scale content without losing stylistic consistency.

    The studio is composed exclusively of senior specialists and operates in a fast, flexible environment:

    • minimal bureaucracy;
    • maximum ownership and impact;
    • strong focus on prototypes, iteration, and scaling.

    The studio lead has 9+ years of experience in the game industry and long-term collaboration with mobile publishers.

    👥 Team

    The core team consists of three key roles:

    • Unity Developer
    • Game Designer
    • Artist

    Each team member has a clear area of responsibility. Visual decisions are created in close collaboration with the Game Designer and Unity Developer.

    🎯 Role — Senior 2D Artist (UI/UX & Generalist)

    We are looking for a senior-level 2D artist (4+ years of experience) who will own the entire visual layer of the game.

    This is a hands-on generalist artist role with a strong focus on UI/UX for mobile games.
    You will shape the visual style of prototypes, design UI, create characters, icons, and backgrounds, and work closely with the team on iterative implementation.

    🧠 Responsibilities

    • Defining and evolving the game’s visual style
    • Designing and drawing UI/UX for mobile games
    • Creating UI elements: buttons, panels, cards, HUD, icons
    • Drawing characters, enemies, and bosses
    • Creating stylized mobile-friendly level backgrounds
    • Preparing and delivering assets for Unity integration
    • Close collaboration with the Game Designer and Unity Developer
    • Participating in iterations and improving visual solutions based on test results
    • Maintaining visual consistency and quality across the product

    ✅ Requirements (Must-have)

    • 4+ years of commercial experience as a 2D Artist in mobile games
    • Strong expertise in UI/UX and mobile visual hierarchy
    • Generalist skill set: UI, characters, icons, backgrounds
    • Experience creating a game’s visual concept from scratch
    • Excellent sense of color, composition, and style
    • Understanding of mobile-specific constraints (readability, simplicity, scale)
    • Active use of AI tools to accelerate work:
      • quick sketches, variations, concepts;
      • conscious quality–speed trade-offs during prototyping
    • Ability to unify, refine, and polish AI-generated results
    • Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes
    • Experience working in small teams

    About Us
    We are building a new mobile game studio from scratch, focused on the hybrid Tower Defense / Roguelike genre.

    Our goal is to create and scale mobile games based on strong systems design, rapid prototyping, and idea validation — not on long, data-blind production cycles.

    The key strength of the studio is an accelerated development process enabled by deep process automation and our own internal template, which allows us to:

    • quickly assemble game prototypes;
    • scale content and systems without technical debt;
    • rapidly test hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.

    The studio is formed exclusively by senior specialists and operates in a fast, flexible format:

    • minimal bureaucracy;
    • maximum ownership and impact;
    • strong focus on prototyping, iteration, and scaling.

    The core team consists of three key roles:

    • Unity Developer

    Each team member has a clear area of responsibility. Prototypes are created through close collaboration between the Game Designer and the Unity Developer.

    🎯 Role — Senior Game Designer (Systems & Prototyping)

    We are looking for a senior-level Game Designer (4+ years of experience) responsible for game ideas, systems, and game design decisions.

    This is a hands-on systems design role — no coding required — but with deep responsibility for how the game systems actually work.

    You will shape the vision of prototypes, design mechanics and economies, define rules and parameters, and work closely with the Unity Developer on iterative implementation.

    🧠 Responsibilities

    • Creating and developing prototype ideas in the Tower Defense / Roguelike genre
    • Designing and balancing core mechanics, upgrade / perk / skill systems, equipment systems, character and meta-progression, and game economies
    • Tuning enemy and level difficulty, growth curves, and scaling
    • Documenting game systems, rules, and parameters for implementation
    • Close collaboration with the Unity Developer on iterative prototypes
    • Analyzing feedback and test results, improving the design
    • Supporting the transition of validated prototypes into production
    • Maintaining a high quality bar for game design decisions

    ✅ Requirements (Must-have)

    • 4+ years of commercial experience as a Game Designer
    • Strong background in systems design
    • Experience with mid-core / hybrid-casual mobile games
    • Solid understanding of prototyping and iteration, balance and difficulty, free-to-play economies, and progression systems
    • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and translate them into implementation
    • Experience with Tower Defense, Roguelike / Roguelite, or Auto-battler genres
    • Experience with A/B testing or soft launches
    • Understanding of LiveOps and retention mechanics
    • Experience working in small teams
