Tallium is looking for a proactive HR Manager / Operations Specialist to join our team and help us build a strong, engaging, and people-centered culture!

We’re a growing IT company working on exciting long-term projects. You’ll be joining a small, friendly, and passionate team that values initiative, empathy, and continuous development.

Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle:

— Support new hires from offer to the end of the probation period;

— Organize onboarding meetings and collect feedback;

— Support employees throughout their journey, including offboarding and exit interviews.

Talent Growth & Performance:

— Coordinate learning and development initiatives and budgets;

— Administer internal trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions;

— Assist in organizing Performance Reviews.

Engagement & Retention:

— Conduct surveys (welcome, pulse, eNPS, exit);

— Support employees with daily HR requests;

— Help improve retention and develop loyalty programs;

— Organize 1:1 meetings and monitor team well-being.

Corporate Life & Communications:

— Manage internal HR communications (news, greetings, announcements);

— Organize online/offline corporate events, celebrations, and team buildings;

— Maintain company traditions and gift programs.

HR Operations:

— Work with contracts and documentation (FOP, NDA, etc.);

— Maintain HRM systems (vacations, sick leaves, employee data);

— Collaborate with accounting on payroll and benefits;

— Maintain HR Knowledge Base and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements:

— Higher education (or a student from 3rd year and above);

— Basic understanding of HR processes (offers, onboarding, probation, etc.);

— Strong organizational and multitasking skills;

— Excellent communication skills and empathy;

— Confident user of Google Workspace, eager to automate and optimize processes;

— Ukrainian — fluent; English — B2+ level is a big plus;

— Responsible, flexible, open to learning, and detail-oriented team player.
