Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies.

• Perform technical SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to maximize results.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven SEO experience (preferably in competitive niches).
• Strong understanding of AI search trends and ability to apply them in practice.
• Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4.

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher with strong speaking and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In this role, you’ll support clients from the USA and Europe, ensuring they get the most value out of the company’s services while building long-term relationships.

                 
Responsibilities: 
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients from the USA and Europe.

• Guide clients through our services, ensuring they achieve maximum value.

• Proactively identify client needs, resolve inquiries, and provide tailored solutions.

• Ensure a positive and consistent customer journey.

• Track, document, and follow up on client requests within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.

• Background in Software, IT, or Digital Marketing (or strong customer success/service experience in related industries).

• Knowledge of SEO auditing or readiness to learn quickly.

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher with strong speaking and writing skills.

• Degree in IT, linguistics, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

• High level of autonomy and self-management.

• Creative problem-solver with a client-first mindset.

• Experience in SEO is a plus (but not required).
