As a Customer Service Agent, you will be mainly responsible for representing the brand as the face of the company you represent. You will  support customers via email and live chat. Communication with other departments is key. You will be the first point of call to receive feedback from players, and then responsible to share this with the relevant teams, so that we always improve our customer’s platforms in a way that reflects a high level of customer service.

Key tasks:

• Ensure that players are provided with an outstanding level of service.
• Communicate with relevant departments to provide timely escalation process and following up with pending issues.
• Communicate with clientele proficiently in both English and German languages.
• Handle daily management of all incoming requests via emails and Live Chat.
• Assist the relevant departments, including Fraud Officer and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, when required.
• Maintain customer focus and responding to customer queries in accordance to the Employer’s guidelines.

Brief description of the project, website, stage (if any):
Marketplace of corporate educational services with elements of a business social network. With the help of the platform, business representatives have the opportunity to offer their solutions to specific business problems by organizing online meetings with top management, virtual events and video presentations.

This is a complex project that can be divided into 4 subprojects
3 web services:
Events — eLearning platform. Specialists from various fields (Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, ect) conduct educational online events (closed or open) for QN members;
Education — educational platform where members can find materials from past QN events or specially created presentations/videos from specialists in various business niches;
Solutions — matching system for business representatives. With the help of a customizable system, various service providers can offer their services to big-name companies such as Coca-Cola, HP, Amazon, etc.
+ Mobile app — an application that always keeps event participants up to date with the latest events and helps not to miss a long-awaited presentation or meeting.
All these services are united by a single backend.
A separate subproject on is developing its own library of components in TypeScript.
Development is carried out on a sprint basis, in short iterations. Thanks to such a system, there is no need for daily meetings with the client or trackers with photo and video recording of your computer screen.

The main stack of the project: React, React Context API, React Admin, React Native, Nest, Loopback and PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes.

Project team: PM, Team Lead, 6-7 Full Stack Devs, 4 QA, 13 Front End devs, 1 RN, 1 DevOps, 1 Back End Dev.

As AI Expert in the CTO’s office, you will be the technical owner of everything model-powered inside the company:

• Architecture – Design the end-to-end pipeline that ingests org context, routes to the right expert model, executes code in sandboxed containers, and feeds rich telemetry back into our continuous-learning loop.
• Model Strategy – Decide when we fine-tune open-source Llama-3 vs. hot-swap to Bedrock or Vertex; benchmark MoE routers for latency and cost; champion vLLM/Triton for GPU efficiency.
• MLOps at Scale – Own versioning, lineage, policy gating and roll-back of models and in-line tools. Ship deterministic, reproducible releases that DevSecOps trusts.
• Tooling & Integrations – Work with backend and platform leads to expose new model endpoints through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) so agents can compose actions across GitHub, Jira, Terraform, Prometheus and more — without one-off plugins.
• Thought Leadership – Partner with the CTO on the technical roadmap, publish internal RFCs, mentor engineers and evangelize best practices across the company and open-source community.

What You’ll Do

• Craft cloud-native, micro-service architectures for training, fine-tuning and real-time inference (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, JetStream).
• Define SLOs for p95 agent latency, model success rate, and telemetry coverage; instrument with OTEL, Prometheus and custom reward models.
• Drive our continuous-learning loop: reward modelling, ContextGraph enrichment, auto-tuning MoE routers.
•  Embed least-privilege IAM and OPA/ABAC policy checks into every stage of the model lifecycle.
•  Collaborate with product managers to translate customer pain into roadmap items and with design partners to validate solutions in production.
•  Mentor a cross-functional squad of backend engineers, ML engineers and data scientists.

What You'll Bring

• 5+  years in software engineering, with 3+ years architecting large-scale backend systems (Python, Go, Java or similar).
