We are looking for a unique Senior Backend Engineer who bridges the gap between powerful infrastructure and scalable, maintainable application architecture.

You are as comfortable managing Kubernetes clusters as you are architecting complex server-side logic and ensuring long-term code health.

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle: designing robust RESTful architectures, orchestrating containers via Kubernetes, and building systems that are as resilient as they are efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Backend development, with minimum 5 years of experience in Go.
• Experience as a Tech lead/Team lead.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience using Go & Operator SDK
• Experience with AWS. (proven experience developing and maintaining operators for managing resources in AWS)

Advantage

• Proficiency in modern server-side languages such as Node.js, Python or Rust.

We are looking for a performance-focused copywriter who can write paid social ads and manage the UGC process from brief to final asset.

Responsibilities:

• Copywriting and creative
• Write hooks, angles, ad copy, and short-form video scripts for paid social.
• Turn customer research, reviews, comments, and ad data into testable creative ideas.
• Write copy that sounds natural, specific, and appropriate for the creator or platform.
• Review ad performance and identify what should be repeated, changed, or dropped. UGC management
• Find and organize UGC creators for different products and creative concepts.
• Write clear briefs covering the hook, talking points, footage, tone, and call to action.
• Manage communication, deadlines, revisions, usage rights, and final deliverables.

What we are looking for:

• Experience writing performance or direct-response copy for paid social.
• Experience writing short-form video or UGC scripts.
• Strong understanding of hooks, angles, objections, and calls to action.
• A portfolio showing relevant ad copy, scripts, or UGC work.

Experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, creator platforms, or creative testing systems is a plus.

About the Role

The Service Desk technician will be an integral part of the IT support team, providing technical support to internal and external customers. Service Desk technician will be responsible for handling first-level support requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating more complex issues to senior team members. Service Desk technician will work closely with the Service Desk Coordinator to maintain the high quality of IT support services, while developing their technical skills and gaining valuable experience in the field.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions on time.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior team members as needed.
• Document all support interactions in the service management system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers and keeping them informed of the status of their requests.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
• Assist in the maintenance of hardware and software inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve systemic issues.

Skills and experience you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in computer hardware, software, and networking support.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
