About the Company 

IT company within a European banking group, providing end-to-end technology solutions for financial institutions. The company supports banks and other financial organisations with services ranging from electronic payments and core banking software to hybrid cloud infrastructure and other IT operations. 

They are looking for an Applications Administrator to join their team in Kyiv.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Application Support team, work assignments, and scheduling 
• Providing technical direction and expertise in areas of application/software fixes, tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, deployments, support, and documentation of standards and procedures for the administration and maintenance of all supported environments 
• Support and maintenance of the core banking applications 
• Perform core banking system configuration, parameterization, version upgrades, and maintenance 
• Support the ongoing projects 
• Provide support for the testing of new and existing software applications 
• Participate in the process of integrating and releasing new application/software functionality, ensuring all service acceptance and operational deliverables have been successfully developed and agreed upon before handover, through the formal change management processes 
• Troubleshooting a complex transactional application system based on MS SQL 
• Investigate problems and other requests for support and determine appropriate actions to take 
• Design, implement, and maintain functional reports in Visual Studio, Reporting Services 
• Manage requests for IT application/system access, ensuring full compliance with agreed security policies and procedures 
• Monitor production system notifications and act accordingly to resolve urgent problems 
• Produce management information reports 
• Communication with 3rd party vendors 
• Consulting internal departments, end-user support 

Requirements: 

• University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering 
• 2+ years of relevant IT experience, 1+ year in application support 
• Experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of application systems based on SQL Server 
• Knowledge of Microsoft products and Microsoft SQL Server tools 
• Understanding of Core Banking Applications 
• Understanding of banking business processes 
• Good level of English, spoken and written

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build the LLM layer of our platform: multi-agent workflows, hybrid retrieval over knowledge graphs and vector indexes, inference integration, and evaluation.

You’ll sit between research and platform — taking agent architectures from prototype to production and making them measurably reliable. 

Your role 

• Build and productionize multi-agent workflows on Anthropic/OpenAI APIs: orchestration, tool use, structured outputs, guardrails. 
• Design hybrid retrieval architectures that combine knowledge graphs, vector search, and ranking into a single coherent context layer. 
• Build evaluation harnesses and observability for agent behavior - quality, latency, cost - and use them to drive iteration. 
• Integrate LLM inference, retrieval, and reasoning services into production backends. 
• Work with researchers and domain experts to turn neuro-symbolic prototypes into robust product features. 

What you’ll need 

• 7+ years of software engineering experience (backend or ML), including production systems in Python. 
• Hands-on experience building LLM systems beyond demos: agents and tool use, RAG, or evaluation pipelines. 
• Real workflow experience with the OpenAI/Anthropic APIs (or comparable). 
• Solid engineering fundamentals: API design, services, testing, deployment. 

Nice to have 

• Structured knowledge representations: ontologies, knowledge graphs, SPARQL, or graph databases (e.g., Neo4j). 
• Vector databases and hybrid retrieval architectures. 
• Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment. 
• Model serving (e.g., vLLM), fine-tuning, or evaluation frameworks.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in PPC performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and strategic planning.
• Experience in the eCommerce vertical, managing accounts with a minimum monthly ad spend of $200K.
• Knowledge and practical experience working with AI tools, including Claude.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Experience building and presenting client-facing presentations and performance reports.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute paid media activities across 4-5 client accounts.
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with the PPC Team Leader, who will define the overall strategy and direction for each account.
• Execute the agreed strategy, manage day-to-day campaign operations, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and account management teams to maximize performance across all channels.

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the PPC Team Leader. The Team Leader will own the strategic direction of the accounts, while the Campaign Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance management of the campaigns.
