We are looking for a B2B Content Marketer who can not only write high-quality content, but also communicate ideas clearly, think strategically, and understand how marketing drives inbound leads.

This role combines content creation, marketing thinking, and idea generation. You will turn insights, expertise, and initiatives into content that builds visibility, trust, and generates leads.

Responsibilities

• Write marketing copy for emails, website pages, and promotional materials.
• Create articles and thought-leadership content for external platforms.
• Support webinars, campaigns, and other lead-generation activities (including communication and coordination if needed).
• Develop messaging that resonates with a B2B audience.
• Generate content ideas based on audience needs, trends, and business goals.
• Understand where inbound leads come from and adapt content accordingly.
• Identify and test channels where content can attract potential clients.
• Distribute and repurpose content across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to align content with overall marketing strategy.

What we're looking for

• Experience in B2B content marketing (or strong potential + mindset).
• Strong writing skills and ability to clearly express ideas verbally.
• Advanced English (C1 or close) - both written and spoken.
• Understanding of how marketing works (funnels, channels, lead generation).
• Interest in where leads come from and how content influences conversions.
• Ability to generate ideas, not just execute tasks.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to experiment.
• Strong ownership and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Java (Spring Boot) Build and maintain real-time communication systems (WebRTC, VoIP, SIP)
• Integrate backend systems with mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Work with streaming, signaling, and media servers
• Ensure low-latency, high-availability architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mobile, frontend, DevOps)
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Java (Spring / Spring Boot)
• Strong experience with:
• WebRTC (WTRC) protocols and architecture VoIP / SIP / RTP / signaling servers
• Experience integrating with iOS and Android applications
• Solid understanding of:
• Real-time data streaming Distributed systems Microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) Familiarity with Kafka / WebSockets / REST APIs

Nice to Have Experience with:

• Twilio / Agora / Vonage / similar RTC platforms Media servers (Kurento, Janus, FreeSWITCH, Asterisk)
• Knowledge of AI/voice processing / speech analytics
• Experience in telecom or communication products

Requirements: 

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management. 
• Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, and enhancements & extensions. 
• Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms. 
• Experience with SCORM and Learning optimization. 
• Experience with SAP HCM Talent Management (incl. Performance Management, Talent Conferences). 
• Integration experience (HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems). 
• Experience with SAP Fiori. 
• Nice to have: H4S4, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, Onboarding, SmartRecruiters — certification is a plus; please specify project details and duration), SAP Integration Suite, Work Zone. 
• Very good German (B2+) is mandatory. 
• Recent hands-on development experience is expected.
