About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Email Deliverability Specialist to take full ownership of migrating and warming up a legacy database of 15,000 candidate emails, setting up Klaviyo from scratch, and ensuring ongoing email communication with full compliance across GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
❗️This role is not focused on creative content writing — we use standardized formats and AI-based tools for text generation. Instead, your key objective will be infrastructure, legal compliance, technical email strategy, and ongoing list management.
