We are looking for an insightful and detail-oriented Product Analyst to strengthen our analytics team and contribute to data-driven decision-making for our key business units.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on product metrics
- Proficient SQL (PostgreSQL), Google Sheets, and Excel
- Solid foundation in statistics and probability
- Strong data visualization skills (preferably Tableau)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, payments, marketing, retention, etc.)
- Excellent analytical thinking, self-organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- English - at least Intermediate (read documentation)

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of column-oriented storages (e.g., BigQuery, AWS Athena)
- Strong GA4 analysis skills (analytics only — no setup required)

How you'll be contributing:
- Monitoring and analyzing key product and payment funnel metrics
- Working with user segments (incl. high-value customers)
- Identifying anomalies in KPIs and finding their root causes
- Generating hypotheses and uncovering growth opportunities
- Supporting the development of our BI infrastructure (database + Tableau dashboards)
- Contributing to business planning and modeling

We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to lead an international conference project – Conversion CONF

This role is for a strong operational leader who can manage teams, processes, and product growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• English level: C1+ (mandatory)

• Min. 2 years of experience in C-level roles (CEO / COO)

• Proven experience in building and optimizing business processes

• Strong ability to structure funnels and team workflows

• Cross-functional team management

• Financial planning (P&L, budgeting, profit control)

• KPI management and project scaling

• Hiring and recruitment experience

• Basic marketing knowledge (funnels, traffic, product understanding)

Nice to have:

• Experience in the event industry or event agencies

• Understanding of affiliate/performance marketing

• Experience working with international partners

Ми шукаємо Business Development Manager / Account Manager для розвитку партнерств у сфері платіжних рішень та роботи з міжнародними PSP, банками та мерчантами.

Що ми очікуємо:

• Досвід роботи з e-commerce та розуміння основ: PSP, ISO, payment facilitator, acquiring services, chargebacks, VISA/MC
• Базове розуміння договорів та їх структури
• Від 1 року досвіду роботи з банками/PSP у Європі

• Англійська: Upper-Intermediate (B2)

   

Твоїми завданнями будуть:

• Аналіз ринку платіжних рішень
• Пошук і підбір платіжних провайдерів та рішень для клієнтів
• Управління процесом адаптації продавців
• Розвиток відносин з поточними партнерами та пошук нових можливостей для бізнесу в сфері платіжних рішень
• Проведення переговорів з платіжними провайдерами
• Ділова комунікація з клієнтами (Zoom / email)
• Обговорення комерційних умов з майбутніми постачальниками платіжних послуг, укладення та ретельний аналіз договорів;
• Узгодження деталей процесу підключення нових провайдерів (потік інтеграції, особливості). Збір і передача всіх необхідних даних для інтеграції в технічний відділ
• Заповнення форм для підключення нових платіжних партнерів
