• 3+ years of experience in developing internal tools/automation.

• SaaS API integrations (Atlassian preferred), webhooks, error handling.

Responsibilities:

• Build integrations with Jira, Confluence, Slack: REST API, webhooks, OAuth2; normalize and load data into PostgreSQL.
• Create dashboards (onboarding, lead time/throughput, workload, overdue tasks, AI automation impact) in Metabase/Superset or lightweight React panels.
• Develop small backend services: FastAPI endpoints, schedulers, alerts; handle rate limits, retries, and idempotency.
• Support the ML team: prepare datasets for RAG/vector search, collect telemetry on AI feature usage.
• Use AI assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) for prototyping, refactoring, and test generation — always with proper verification.

• Write short documentation (README, ADR) together with tech/UX writers.
