We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in managing autonomous system projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management with experience in the government sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to successfully oversee and deliver complex solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams in the UA and Switzerland to understand performance requirements and customer expectations. You will be a champion of quality, ensuring our products meet the highest standards by working onsite with the manufacturing teams to set up the production lines and test fixtures. Your role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver products on schedule and within budget.
 

Responsibilities and Duties:
 

• You will focus your time on project planning and execution. Developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• In order to do this, you will effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of defense projects.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Anticipating potential challenges and proactively addressing issues to minimize project risks.
• You will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to provide project status, updates, and milestones, as well as address concerns and inquiries.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met by optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency and project outcomes.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Assist the Project Delivery Lead, UA, in establishing applicable best practices, policies, and procedures for operating in the government sector.
• Lead the company`s product realization projects in the UA from concept to launch.
• Work directly with OEM manufacturing teams to transition product designs from prototype to production.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure project success.
• Develop test plans, protocols, and procedures to validate product functionality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and implement design improvements as needed.
• Provide technical support, resolve manufacturing issues, and optimize production processes to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Ensure smooth ramp-up and scale-up of manufacturing operations
   

Qualifications and Skills:
 

• 3+ years as a Project Manager
• Experience working with and delivering robotic systems, preferably UAS.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in project planning, development, and execution, with the ability to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments to deliver successful defense projects.
• Strong skills in conducting risk assessments and developing effective mitigation strategies to address potential challenges proactively and minimize project risks.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other key stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and the ability to implement and maintain these processes to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Familiarity with government sector policies and procedures, with the ability to assist in establishing best practices for operating in this space.
• Proven ability to work directly with OEM manufacturing teams to transition product designs from prototype to production.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team and support the maintenance and repair of advanced UAV systems. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic, mechanical, and software issues, performing modular repairs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UAVs, strong technical knowledge in electronics, and the ability to work with international teams and documentation in English.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Diagnose and repair UAV systems using a modular approach
• Analyze the root causes of technical failures
• Restore functionality of electronic components and modules
• Upgrade and modernize UAV hardware
• Maintain detailed service and inspection documentation in English
• Communicate with international technical support to resolve complex issues in English
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely restocking
• Use diagnostic tools and software to assess UAV condition
• Perform mechanical repairs of UAV components and assemblies
• Ensure quality control of all repair work
• Prepare requests and specifications for spare parts, materials, and tools; monitor their usage
• Analyze log files and technical data

Ideal Candidate
 

• Has relevant experience in electronics repair and working with UAVs
• Can read electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Has soldering skills (harnesses, connectors, etc.)
• Experienced in troubleshooting onboard radio-electronic systems
• Holds a technical degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in using measuring devices
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Quick learner, adaptable to changes
• Confident in communicating with end-users — you will be the face of the service team
• Category B driving license

Requirements
 

• Technical education
• Experience working with UAVs
• Knowledge of PX4 or ArduPilot, MAVLink, QGroundControl or Mission Planner 
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Hands-on experience with soldering, mechanical repairs, and measurement tools

As an Inventory and Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

You’ll handle material receiving, stock control, and order processing, as well as coordinate logistics and shipping activities.
 

Your contribution will ensure that engineering and production teams have the right materials at the right time to keep operations running smoothly.
 

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Your work will directly support engineering, production, and operational teams.
 

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Receive materials and components, maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability for upcoming orders.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock when needed.
• Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize excess and reduce carrying costs.

Order Processing

• Receive and process customer and internal orders accurately and promptly.
• Verify all order details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and kitting of materials to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve order-related discrepancies quickly and effectively.

Procurement

• Manage end-to-end local sourcing – from initial request to controlled delivery to the warehouse.
• Lead commercial negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing and optimal lead times.
• Cooperate with the Supply Chain Manager on procurement planning and supplier relations.

Shipping and Logistics

• Select appropriate shipping methods based on timing, cost, and customer requirements.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery status updates to the sales or internal teams.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to optimize shipping and delivery processes.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, fulfillment status, and logistics performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities.
• Recommend adjustments to inventory levels, processes, or systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
   

Skills and Qualifications
 

• 1-2 years of proven experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management
• Basic technical literacy – ability to identify and handle mechanical, electronic, or assembly components.
• Experience working with ERP or inventory systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and order processing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian.
• At least B1 level English (both written and spoken) for communication with international colleagues and suppliers.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
