We are looking for an Junior Accounts/Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive person with experience in managing financial transactions and vendor relationships. This position is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional who is attentive, energetic, and ready to grow and learn within the field of finance.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
- Preparing reconciliation AP reports (monthly) and occasionally reconciliations with Vendors;
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies, payment delays, and financial issues;
- Posting of source documents and bank statements in Odoo;
- Engagement with other financial activities.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced knowledge, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools will be a plus;
- Understanding of GAAP: Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Experience with accounts payable processes;
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or others.

- Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, risks, and  opportunities for process improvement;
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and precision in data entry, reporting, and documentation;

- Communication & interpersonal skills: Strong ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and handle sensitive financial communications with professionalism and diplomacy;
- Organizational skills: Effective time management and prioritization of multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

- Strong expertise in C#, .Net Core 3.1–8.

- Strong experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve goals.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
• Proven experience in managing teams and executing marketing projects for startups or tech companies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to create and execute marketing plans.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and quickly adapt to changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and industry stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, independent, and responsible approach to work.
