What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who values responsibility, clear communication, and teamwork. You’ll turn business needs into clear plans and collaborate with both clients and the team to bring them to life.

Key responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering - Conducting interviews and workshops to identify and understand client needs.
• Requirements Documentation - Preparing clear and structured documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., SRS, Vision and Scope, user stories).
• Task Description - Describe User stories with acceptance criteria, for the development team.
• Requirements Validation - Ensuring all documented requirements are aligned with client expectations and technically feasible.
• Estimation Facilitation - Organizing and supporting the team in time and effort estimation sessions.
• Project Roadmapping - Creating and maintaining project roadmaps with realistic milestones and timelines.
• Risk Management - Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, including scope creep or delays.
• Stakeholder Management - Manage stakeholders expectations, keep them engaged and informed through the whole project lifecycle.
• Methodology Selection - Choosing the appropriate methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project specifics and client context.
• Process Facilitation - Managing development processes according to the selected methodology, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, or milestone reviews.
• Reporting - Providing regular status updates and performance metrics to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conflict Resolution - Handling challenging situations such as missed deadlines, scope changes, or budget increase requests, while maintaining trust with clients and the team.

• Quality Assurance - Collaborate with QA to ensure that tasks are described appropriately.

   

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably with a background in Business Analysis.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
• Strong knowledge of Agile Manifest, with the ability to apply the right methodology or framework (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid) depending on the project.
• Ability to facilitate and drive discussions between business and technical teams.
• Experience with task-tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence).
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, 3D designers, and QA.

What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for a developer who will become a core part of our team, someone who takes ownership of their work and values teamwork. This role requires solid experience in both frontend and backend development, with a focus on the modern JavaScript ecosystem.

Key RequirementsFrontend:

• Proficiency in React (modern hooks-based and class-based components).
• Experience with React Query, Redux, and other modern React libraries.
• Strong TypeScript skills — ability to write maintainable, type-safe code.
• Knowledge of CSS-in-JS solutions like Styled Components or Emotion.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, or other modern build tools.
• Experience with Next.js (SSR, API routes, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time data handling (e.g., Socket.io).

Backend:

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.
• Experience with MongoDB (Mongoose or native driver).
• Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of authentication/authorization flows (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Basic understanding of database performance and query optimization.

General:

• Solid theoretical knowledge of JavaScript and its core principles.
• Logical thinking and a mathematical mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably from a technical university).

 Nice to Have (Highly Appreciated):

• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client, URQL, or server-side resolvers).
• Familiarity with n8n, Make.com, or similar workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Understanding of Docker and basic DevOps principles.
