Вимоги:

• Досвід в розробці на C# від 3-х років
• Net Framework, .Net Core, WPF, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ,
• Досвід роботи з розробки та інтеграції з веб-сервісами (RESTful, WebAPI, WCF, SOAP)
• Досвід роботи СУБД MS SQL Server, MySQL (написання та аналіз запитів, розуміння дизайну БД)
• Розуміння принципів мережевої взаємодії та протоколів: TCP/IP, WebSocket, HTTP
• Досвід розробки високонавантажених систем, багато потокових додатків
• Вміння працювати в команді
• Вміння зробити декомпозицію та оцінити трудовитрати за завданням

• Досвід роботи з Jira, Confluence, Git

About

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and resolution of technical challenges for Syrve software users. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including cloud environments, databases, and restaurant management software while collaborating with international teams to deliver exceptional support to our B2B clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical support specialist.
• B2B customer/tech support experience is a plus.
• Should have a working knowledge of databases (SQL and PostgreSQL).
• Should have a working knowledge of one or more database query languages.
• Experience with back- and front-office equipment (very desirable).
• Basic knowledge of server OS administration.
• Proven written communication skills in Russian (C1) and English (B2 level).
• Experience in POS and restaurant management software is a big plus.

• Experience with logs and the ELK technology stack is a big plus.

   

Responsibilities

• Solve incidents and non-trivial technical problems with Syrve software.
• Interact with the technical services of Syrve partners.
• Work with Syrve software and the whole stack of technologies of the Syrve software environment.
• Interact with the development team and the DevOps team, and be part of this process.

• Actively work with cloud technologies.

About the Project 

We are developing a cloud-based “smart” restaurant back-office automation system that simplifies and accelerates daily operations, forecasts sales, and automatically plans production and purchases. Our development follows the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology. 

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial development using PHP, primarily Symfony. 
• Strong knowledge of PHP7+ and MySQL. 
• Experience working with modern PHP frameworks, especially Symfony. 
• Understanding and implementation of key design patterns. 
• Experience working in a team, proficiency in Git (version control, code review). 
• Strong knowledge of Linux and working with server environments. 
• Experience working with Redis. 
• Experience with message queue servers (Gearman, RabbitMQ). 
• Ability to write workers. 
• Experience configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines in GitLab. 

• Experience in writing unit tests and performance tests. 

   

Nice to Have 

• Experience with Clickhouse. 
• Development of ERP systems. 
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 
• Experience using Jira, Confluence. 
• Experience developing high-load distributed systems. 
• Experience with Angular.js, Angular 2+, and JavaScript. 

• Experience in test-driven development (TDD).

• Support and refactoring of the current architecture. 
• Participation in task planning and evaluation. 
• Code review. 
• Optimization of SQL queries. 
• Setup and configuration of CI/CD pipelines in GitLab. 
• Development and maintenance of message queues (Gearman, RabbitMQ). 
• Writing and maintaining workers. 

• Writing unit tests and performance tests.
