🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok);
- Write and schedule engaging content for posts, stories, email newsletters, and short-form videos;
- Maintain and manage the content calendar;
- Drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness through consistent, high-quality content;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics via Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.;
- Contribute ideas for lead magnets (guides, checklists, eBooks) with the marketing team;
- Work closely with the designer, analysts, and CEO to align messaging with our solutions and positioning.
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in SMM, content marketing, or copywriting (experience in B2B or tech is a plus);
- Excellent written Ukrainian (English is a plus); strong grammar and creative copywriting skills;
- Understanding of digital marketing basics (funnel, traffic, engagement, conversion);
- Experience with Canva or Figma;
