Requirements

• 2+ years as Success or Account Manager in an IT outsourcing company
• Understanding of SDLC
• C1 English level or above
• “Troubleshooter” attitude
• Optimist, strong communication skills
• Stress-resistant, self-organized

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Collect workload and forecasting information from clients
• Understand the needs and priorities of the customer to develop upsell cases
• Take care of the account data accuracy and documentation
• Collect regular client feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Submit and maintain documentation in internal system
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with PM/TL/CTO team to identify any growth opportunities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
• Working with receivables

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
• Proficiency in English, at least B2 level.
• Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and system automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
• Ability to customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to workflow automation, process optimization, and data management.
• Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices, implementing new features and functionality as appropriate.
