We are now expanding our marketing team in Dubai and are looking for a creative, strategic, and proactive SMM & Content Creator to strengthen our online presence, build a strong community, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Produce high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Film treatment sessions, patient journeys, doctor interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and clinic lifestyle
• Edit short-form and long-form videos using modern formats and trends
• Create engaging Reels, Stories, testimonials, educational posts, and promotional materials
• Write captions, scripts, micro-articles, and on-brand content

SMM Management

• Plan and manage the content calendar for Dubai and Abu Dhabi clinics
• Increase engagement, reach, follower base, and lead generation
• Work closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and management to identify strong content ideas
• Monitor analytics and propose improvements based on performance
• Respond to comments/messages as needed to support brand communication

Brand & Marketing

• Strengthen Symmetry’s brand identity in the UAE market
• Participate in building unique content formats for rehabilitation and wellness niche
• Support marketing campaigns, collaborations, and influencer activations
• Ensure visual consistency and high-quality storytelling across all platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SMM specialist or content creator (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in video shooting and editing (Reels/TikTok formats)
• Understanding of storytelling, branding, and modern social media trends
• Ability to create engaging educational medical/wellness content
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or Russian is a plus)
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Available to work from the clinic several times per week

Nice to Have:

• Experience in health, fitness, physiotherapy, wellness, or medical content
• Photography skills
• Experience with influencers or PR campaigns
• Knowledge of basic design (Canva or similar tools)

Head of Sales (UAE)

Location: Dubai / UAE
Company: Symmetry Clinics – International Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Network

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales who understands the UAE healthcare and wellness market and can build a high-performance sales engine across our clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role requires both strategic and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales funnel: from lead generation to closing and retention.
• Manage, hire, and coach the call-center / patient care team to improve conversion at every stage.
• Work directly with incoming leads: qualification, follow-up, conversion to consultations and treatment plans.
• Develop and optimize sales scripts, call flows, and communication standards.
• Analyze daily/weekly KPIs, including conversion rates, show-up rates, sales per consultation, LTV, and repeat purchases.
• Cooperate closely with marketing to align lead quality and improve CAC.
• Build a structured sales process across multiple branches and ensure consistent performance.
• Train physiotherapists and front-desk teams on upselling, cross-selling, and patient communication best practices.
• Conduct market research and understand competitive landscape of health, rehab, and wellness services in the UAE.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Head of Sales / Sales Manager / Clinic Manager in the UAE (healthcare, wellness, fitness, rehab, dental or similar industries).
• Strong operational and hands-on experience with lead conversion and call-center management.
• Excellent understanding of the UAE customer mindset and market specifics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate and organize a team.
• Data-driven approach: ability to track KPIs, create structured reports, and optimize processes.
• Ability to start ASAP is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
