Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and proactive CRM & Retention Manager to build, develop, and scale the CRM function for a fast-growing CS2 skins gambling product. In this role, you will own the retention strategy across the full user lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to engagement, churn prevention, and winback. You will work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to create personalized, automated, and performance-driven CRM campaigns that improve retention, increase user engagement, and drive long-term user value across key iGaming markets.
 

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or a similar role within the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.
• Hands-on experience launching and optimizing CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, user segmentation, user journeys, and retention mechanics.
• Experience building automated lifecycle flows, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and winback journeys.
• Ability to segment audiences using behavioral, product, and transactional data.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics.
• Experience working with key CRM and product metrics, including D1/D7/D30 retention, churn rate, LTV, ARPU, conversion rate, engagement rate, and reactivation rate.
• Experience running A/B tests, analyzing results, and scaling successful CRM initiatives.
• Ability to identify churn drivers and develop retention hypotheses to reduce churn and reactivate users.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with product, marketing, analytics, and creative teams.
• Proactive, independent, and motivated to build CRM as a strategic growth function rather than just a communication channel.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for technical collaboration in a remote/global team setting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on CRM and retention specialist with a strong iGaming background and a deep understanding of how to influence user behavior across the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the CRM and retention strategy across all stages of the user lifecycle.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and winback flows.

• Identify churn patterns and develop CRM hypotheses to reduce churn and bring inactive users back.

• Translate user behavior insights into actionable CRM campaigns and lifecycle improvements.
• Continuously optimize communication frequency, channel mix, personalization logic, and campaign performance.
• Build reporting dashboards and performance feedback loops for CRM activity.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payment Manager to take full ownership of our payment infrastructure and the end-to-end payment operations for a fast-growing CS2 Skins Gambling startup. This role will be responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing payment solutions across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets, with a strong focus on improving approval rates, checkout performance, fraud and chargeback control, and commercial efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in high-risk payment processing, a strong network across PSPs, acquirers, and alternative payment providers, and the ability to build resilient, scalable payment operations that drive measurable business outcomes.
 

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of experience in a senior payment leadership role within iGaming, Gambling, Betting, Casino, or other high-risk digital verticals.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling end-to-end payment operations, including payment strategy, provider management, optimization, risk controls, and reporting.
• Deep expertise in high-risk processing, including: Card acquiring, P2P payment flows, Crypto payment rails, Skins-based payment ecosystems.
• Strong active network of contacts across PSPs, Acquiring banks, alternative payment method (APM) providers, and Risk and fraud solution vendors.
• Hands-on experience with payment and regulatory landscapes across Tier 1 and Tier 2 GEOs, including local market nuances, approval challenges, issuer behavior, routing, and compliance considerations.
• Strong understanding of payment performance optimization, including approval rates, decline recovery, cascading, routing logic, retries, settlement flows, and latency reduction.
• Solid experience in fraud prevention, chargeback mitigation, and friendly fraud management, with the ability to implement controls, alerts, and monitoring frameworks.
• Working knowledge of AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and compliance requirements relevant to gambling/high-risk environments.
• Experience managing provider setups and payment infrastructure in collaboration with platforms such as Stripe and other processors/acquirers.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L by payment method, evaluate unit economics, and make data-driven decisions to improve margin and revenue.
• Experience building, improving, and automating payment operations processes at scale.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations and executive-level reporting.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for collaboration in a remote global team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the payments strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
• Expand and diversify our provider stack to improve resilience and market coverage.
• Identify bottlenecks in the payment funnel and implement solutions to improve approval rates and conversion rates.
• Optimize routing, retries, fallback logic, and checkout flows to recover failed payments.
• Build strong working relationships with PSPs, acquirers, and banking partners in high-risk environments.
• Negotiate commercial terms, reserves, settlement conditions, and service levels with providers.
• Analyze fraud, dispute, and chargeback trends and implement controls to reduce exposure.
• Set up alerts, reporting, and recovery processes for payment failures and risk events.
• Track payment performance by provider, method, and market, and provide clear reporting to leadership.
• Improve unit economics through lower fees, better approvals, and smarter provider strategy.
• Introduce automation and scalable processes across payment operations.

Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead analytics that connect player behavior, traffic performance, and product outcomes across the iGaming lifecycle. You will own end-to-end analysis for key domains, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting, and deliver insights from funnels, cohorts, retention, and LTV to drive product and business decisions. Partnering with Product, Marketing/Affiliate, Finance, and Engineering, you will evaluate channel and promo effectiveness, support A/B testing, and monitor KPI health to detect anomalies. 
 

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing/product/web analytics in the gambling/casino/betting domain is a strong must.
• Solid knowledge and deep understanding of iGaming product and performance metrics: player behavior and retention metrics, marketing and traffic metrics, operational metrics, and financial metrics.
• Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL / BigQuery), ability to perform optimized querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Superset, etc.), data visualization, and the ability to leverage multiple data sources.
• Hands-on experience with Python for analytics, automation, and data processing.
