ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of the management, support, and continuous development of our secure IT infrastructure. You will be the key technical owner for our identity and access management, core infrastructure services, and endpoint management, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and running efficiently. 

This is a great role for a "hands-on" engineer who focuses on system reliability, security, and automation. You’ll work closely with the developer and operational teams to support daily operations, implement new services, and continuously improve our IT infrastructure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Endpoint & Systems Management: Lead implementation and administration of our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to enforce "zero-touch" provisioning and security compliance across our macOS and Windows fleet.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage the user identity lifecycle within our IAM platform, ensuring secure, role-based access (RBAC) and SSO integration for all corporate applications.
• Endpoint Security & Hardening: Deploy, manage, and optimize our endpoint protection (NGAV/EDR) and device security stack, ensuring 100% compliance with corporate security baselines and policies (encryption, passcode policies, etc.).
• Vulnerability & Patch Management: Own the technical process for vulnerability remediation; collaborate with the security team to identify, prioritize, and deploy patches to endpoints and systems in a timely manner.
• AI & SaaS Platform Management: Administer and securely integrate corporate SaaS applications and emerging AI tools into our environment, managing access, data governance, and ensuring compliance.
• IT Infrastructure Operations: Manage and maintain core IT services, including cloud and network infrastructure. Proactively identify opportunities for automation.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Serve as a technical subject matter expert during internal audits and external certifications, providing evidence and documentation for IT controls.
• Advanced Technical Support & Escalation: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert-level user support and troubleshooting for systems, networks, and emerging platform tools.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in an IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or similar role with a strong security focus.
• MDM Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise in designing, deploying, and managing modern MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Kandji) in a corporate environment.
• Identity Management: Expert-level knowledge of IAM/SSO concepts and platforms (e.g., Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity), including lifecycle management and provisioning.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of supporting and managing macOS and Windows operating systems and their related directory services.
• Security-First Mindset: A proven track record of implementing and managing technical security controls. Experience in an environment governed by compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) is a significant advantage.
• Automation & Scripting: Demonstrable experience automating IT tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
• Problem Solver: Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex, cross-functional technical challenges.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.

Currently, we are looking for an Ardupilot Engineer.

📌 ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ardupilot Engineer to design, implement, and optimize autonomous flight control solutions for UAVs and robotic platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Ardupilot or PX4, a deep understanding of MAVLink communication, system configuration, flight tuning, and debugging, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of autonomous systems. You’ll collaborate with AI, perception, and mission-planning teams to build reliable, adaptive, and intelligent multi-robot systems.

📌 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop, configure, and test Ardupilot-based flight control systems for various UAV platforms.

• Debug and optimize flight behaviors, parameters, and mission execution in both SITL (Software-in-the-Loop) and real flight environments

• Work closely with hardware engineers to support sensor integration (GPS, cameras, LiDAR, etc.) and ensure robust flight performance.

• Contribute to documentation, simulation environments, and internal development standards.

📌 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ardupilot, PX4, or similar open-source autopilot stacks.

• Strong knowledge of MAVLink, mission planning, and UAV communication protocols.

• Practical experience with UAV tuning, flight testing, and log analysis (Mission Planner, MAVProxy, etc.).

• Experience with EKF configuration, tuning, and debugging to ensure accurate navigation and state estimation.

• Understanding of autonomous navigation/LMT/VizNav, control theory, or multi-agent coordination 

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D environment.

• Experience working with Python or any similar language for custom module development. — a strong plus.

• Familiarity with Linux environments and onboard companion computer setups (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Jetson, or similar). — a strong plus.

• Knowledge of Betaflight/INAV or other flight controller firmware — a strong plus.
