    We create web and mobile solutions, as well as custom business systems for clients across various industries — including cafés, logistics, construction, retail, beauty, tourism, and more.

     

    We’re now looking for an active partner to help us expand our client network across the European Economic Area (EEA) and growing regional markets such as Georgia and Armenia.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

     

    • Identify and attract new SME and startup clients for custom software projects.
    • Build relationships with businesses in logistics, retail, construction, HoReCa, tourism, and services.
    • Present SvartDev’s services, communicate with potential clients, and coordinate deals up to contract signing.
    • Collaborate with our internal team to share updates on leads, progress, and signed projects.

     

     

     

     

    Regions

     

     

    We are open to partnership with business developers and agents from:

     

    • European Union and EEA countries
    • Georgia and Armenia

     

     

     

     

    Compensation

     

     

    • Commission-based only - there is no fixed salary.
    • Commission rate: 15-20% of each signed and paid project.
    • For the first 5 new clients, the rate increases to 25-30% for all their projects, supporting your initial efforts.
    • After consistent performance, a long-term collaboration may be established.

     

     

     

     

    Requirements

     

     

    • Registered legal entity or self-employed status (FOP / company / entrepreneur) for signing the agreement and receiving payments.
    • Experience in B2B sales, IT, or consulting is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, independence, and result orientation.
    • Ability to understand client needs and represent SvartDev professionally.

    SvartDev OÜ is an Estonian software company that builds web, mobile, and business systems for SMEs and startups across the EU, Georgia, and Armenia.

    We focus on meaningful projects — from restaurant automation and smart logistics to SaaS products and digital ecosystems for construction and tourism.

     

    We are now looking for a frontend developer to join our small but strong core team and help us launch a new SaaS product.

     

     

     

    💻 What you’ll do

     

     

    • Build responsive, modern web interfaces (landing + dashboard).
    • Collaborate with backend devs (Spring / Kotlin stack).
    • Optimize performance and ensure clean, scalable code.
    • Take part in UI/UX discussions and influence product decisions.
    • Work in a structured but flexible process (Git, Trello, Figma).

    • React / Vue / Vanilla JS
    • HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, adaptive layout
    • REST API, JSON
    • Git, Figma

    💰 Compensation

     

     

    We work on a revenue share model:

     

    • You’ll receive 0.05% of net revenue from the SaaS project after launch.
    • Payment starts when the product goes live and clients begin paying subscriptions.
    • Option to convert this into a fixed monthly rate after MVP success.
    • All rights to your code and participation are formalized by a Service Agreement under Estonian law.

    • Experience with React or Vue (commercial or portfolio projects).
    • Attention to visual detail (pixel-perfect mindset).
