The Role: AI Prompt Engineer / Research Assistant
You'll be part of the small, core team helping our AI learn to think and communicate like a top-performing human. You'll experiment, build, and constantly iterate.
Your work will be seen and used by real customers - in the U.S., Europe, and beyond.
You will:
- Write and optimize prompts that guide how our AI "thinks" and "talks";
- Design realistic conversations between AI and humans (sales, coaching, empathy, etc.);
- Analyze AI outputs and refine for accuracy, tone, and compliance;
- Research and test different sales, communication, and behavior models;
- Collaborate with founders and engineers to improve product intelligence.
This is a creative, technical, and analytical role - perfect for someone who lives and breathes AI and wants to grow fast.
What We're Looking For

You might be the right person if you:
- Write and think fluently in English;
- Fluent in optimizing your workflows with Claude Code or Cursor/Antigravity/etc;
- Spend hours experimenting with ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, and other AI models & tools;
- Love learning, figuring out how things work, and pushing limits;
- Have a mix of logic + creativity - analytical and human at the same time;
- Thrive in fast, messy, startup environments where you get stuff done.
