Ukraine-based role
 

Stormotion is a Mobile & Web Development Company focused on Fitness, HealthTech & IoT projects for startups and SME businesses in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia and USA.
 

Your role will be:

• Searching, pre-screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various IT roles, including React Native, Back-end, designers, lead generation specialists, copywriters, and others;
• Building and testing sourcing approaches across LinkedIn, social media, job boards, Upwork, and other channels;
• Maintaining candidate databases and keeping recruitment data accurate and up to date;
• Gradually taking ownership of vacancies end-to-end: from clarifying the role requirements to coordinating interviews and collecting feedback.
• Supporting HR-related tasks and team activities during periods when recruitment workload is lower.
   

To join the team you need:

• 1+ years in talent sourcing, proven success cases, and readiness to run candidate interviews;
• Proficiency in English (B2) and Ukrainian (both written and spoken);
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and software development processes;
• A human-oriented mindset, healthy communication style, and genuine interest in finding the right people;
• Strong presentation and communication skills (because you will create the first impression of the company for candidates);
• Attention to detail, proactivity, curiosity, and a structured approach to candidate pipelines, databases, and recruitment metrics;
• Being digitally native (tools, spreadsheets, databases, and recruitment-related platforms);
• Experience in running interviews to check candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit (would be a plus);
• An educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (would be a plus);

Stormotion is a React Native-focused agency. We build mobile products in IoT/BLE, EV & Mobility, Fitness, and HealthTech/Mental Wellbeing. Small teams, direct client communication.

Growth path
Start as a React Native developer. Over time you can add React (web) and grow to Full Stack with Hasura + PostgreSQL + Nest.js.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship React Native apps (TypeScript)
• Turn product goals into working solutions (not just “implement tickets”)
• Keep releases stable - test key flows in real conditions
• Make scope/architecture decisions that won’t block future scaling
• Code reviews, mentoring, workshops (everyone teaches, everyone learns)
• Join client calls: clarify requirements, explain trade-offs, drive discussions
   

Must have

• 1+ year commercial React Native experience
• Strong TypeScript
• Hooks + Context
• State management (Redux / MobX or similar)
• API integration (fetch / axios or similar)
• Spoken English Intermediate+: confident on calls, not only in chat
• Tech education (Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, etc)

• GraphQL (Apollo Client / Relay / urql)
• Push notifications
• Firebase (Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Firestore, Storage, Authentication, Functions)
• React Navigation
• ESLint / Prettier

#Ukraine-based internship
 

Це формат індивідуальної практики з менторською підтримкою, code review і роботою над прикладними задачами. Стажування підійде тим, хто хоче краще зрозуміти, як виглядає розробка React Native-застосунків у проєктному середовищі, та отримати структурований фідбек від досвідченої команди.
 

Тривалість інтернатури - 3 місяці.

Необхідні навички:

— Знання та базовий досвід з JavaScript, Typescript та React;
— Профільна технічна освіта (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, тощо);
— Англійська - B1+ (розмовна та письмова).
 

Буде великим плюсом, якщо ви:

— Починали вивчати React Native;
— Знаєте та вмієте працювати з GIT;
— Маєте розуміння GraphQL (Apollo Client) та Firebase;
— Знаєте/використовували NodeJS в pet-проєктах;
— Маєте базовi знання патернів та алгоритмiв программування;
— Проходили інші курси чи інтернатури з розробки.
