StellarTech is looking for a UA Manager (Meta Ads) to fully own and scale our Meta as a core acquisition channel.

This is a hands-on performance role with real ownership. You will personally manage campaigns while working on top of our automation systems and continuously improving scale and efficiency.
You won’t just optimize ads - you’ll help evolve how UA works at scale inside the company.

What You'll Do:

• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Manage and grow large monthly budgets with ROAS / LTV focus
• Launch, test, and scale campaign structures and strategies
• Work hands-on inside ad accounts
• Operate on top of and help evolve our UA automation algorithm
• Design and execute testing frameworks
• Drive creative and funnel experiments with product and creative teams
• Identify scalable growth levers
• Maintain campaign logic and process documentation

In Your First 3 Months, You Will:

• Take full hands-on ownership of Meta Ads performance
• Become fluent in our funnels, metrics, and automation logic
• Independently manage and optimize campaigns
• Identify key growth and scaling opportunities
• Contribute improvement ideas to automation and structure
• Deliver controlled performance scale

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Experience managing significant paid social budgets
• Experience with subscription or B2C digital products
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
• Funnel understanding (web2web, web2app, or app)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• English B1+

User Acquisition is a core growth engine for us. While we already operate at scale across paid channels, Google Ads is a fast-growing and strategically important direction that we are actively expanding as a standalone, owned growth channel.

Unlike Meta, where automation is already mature, here you’ll have the opportunity to build structure, processes, and automation systems from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and scale the Google Ads channel end-to-end, managing campaigns hands-on with a strong focus on ROI
• Launch, structure, and optimize campaigns across Search, GDN, Demand Gen, and Performance Max
• Build and evolve campaign architecture, processes, and channel structure for scalable growth
• Design and execute testing frameworks, driving continuous performance improvements
• Develop and implement automation, rules, and optimization systems on top of the channel
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams to improve funnel performance and conversion efficiency
• Identify and scale growth opportunities across keywords, creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Increase spend in a controlled way while maintaining efficiency targets
• Maintain clear documentation of campaigns, testing, and processes

Job Description

International rapidly growing product IT company StellarTech is looking for a Treasury Specialist to support the day-to-day financial operations of the Group. In this role, you will be responsible for executing treasury transactions, processing payments, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate cash records across Group entities. You will work closely with the Finance team and report directly to the Head of Finance, ensuring that all treasury operations are completed accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do:

Cash & Payment Operations:
- Process daily payments and ensure timely execution across all Group entities
- Monitor bank account balances and flag any shortfalls or discrepancies to the Finance Manager
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records in the accounting system
- Execute intercompany transfers according to approved schedules

Cash Flow & Reporting:
- Maintain and update the weekly cash flow tracker based on actual transactions and provided forecasts
- Prepare routine treasury reports and summaries for the Finance Manager
- Collect and consolidate bank statements from all entities on a regular basis

Banking Administration:
- Handle day-to-day communication with banks and payment service providers on operational matters
- Prepare and submit KYC documentation and bank mandate updates as required
- Support account opening and onboarding procedures under the guidance of the Finance Manager

Process Support:
- Follow established treasury procedures and internal controls
- Support automation initiatives by providing data and testing workflows as instructed
- Assist with audit requests and preparation of supporting documentation

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance operations

Practical experience with bank portals and payment processing systems

Understanding of international payment standards (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH)

Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel

Language: English – Upper-Intermediate (verbal and written)
 

Nice to have:

Experience with Odoo or similar ERP/accounting systems

Familiarity with crypto or digital asset payments
