You’ll work with our in-house automation system, which minimizes routine tasks and lets you focus on meaningful support and user communication. You’ll also collaborate with the Tech Support team to report issues and suggest improvements that help make SmartyMe even better
Responsibilities:
- Managing web and app user requests in Zendesk;
- Escalating user issues to the technical team;
- Tagging user requests to gather analytics;
- Ensuring response times are within our SLA;
- Processing PayPal/Stripe disputes;
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English;
- Previous experience in customer support and familiarity with Zendesk are a plus but not required.
Schedule:- Work hours: 8 hours a day, 40 working hours a week
- Work days: on a rotational basis
- Shifts: 24/7 operation; available shift options (Cyprus time): 16:00–00:00 and 00:00–08:00
- Breaks: 1 hour per shift

What You’ll Do
Create and deliver high-quality advertising creatives — including both video and static formats — tailored to the requirements and best practices of major digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads/AdWords, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience; candidates with 6+ months of relevant experience and a solid portfolio will also be considered.
- Experience working with performance marketing creatives and a portfolio showcasing creative work (applications without portfolios will not be considered).
- Proficiency in After Effects, basic experience with Photoshop/Illustrator, Figma.
- Attention to detail and a healthy sense of perfectionism.
- Interest in social media and knowledge of current design trends.
- Initiative and a drive to create the coolest creatives!
- Independence, strong communication skills, and a readiness to tackle tasks from start to finish.
- Creative thinking is a must-have!
