We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join our team!
 
What You Will Do:
 

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, H2) and manage schema changes with Flyway.
• Design and implement REST APIs and integrate with external services (AWS, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Google APIs, Microsoft Graph).
• Ensure high code quality through unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers).
• Monitor, log, and debug production issues using Sentry and Logback.
• Improve and refactor existing code, resolving critical issues in the system.

Who You Are:
 

• 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with React (v17+) and TypeScript (functional components, hooks, and modern React patterns).
• Proficiency with Next.js (v10+) - SSR/SSG, routing, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with React Query and Formik for efficient data fetching and complex form management.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with API design and third-party service integrations.
• Solid background in testing practices (unit, integration, async).
• Good understanding of logging and error monitoring tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice to have:
 

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Familiarity with payment and communication APIs (Stripe, Twilio).
• Knowledge of feature flagging systems (Togglz).

What you’ll work on:

• Architect, develop and optimize full-stack applications using Node.js (Nest.js) and React (Next.js).
• Lead the integration and enhancement of AWS Lambda functions.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Work closely with clients to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee potential migrations from PHP and ensure seamless transitions.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the evolution of our merchant payment platform — from strategy to execution!
You’ll shape the product vision, optimize payment flows, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless, secure, and high-impact financial solutions.
 

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a merchant-focused payment application.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and merchant needs.
• Gather and analyze feedback from merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize features and technical improvements using data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee integrations with payment gateways, processors, banks, cryptocurrency exchanges and external financial APIs.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC).
• Track product metrics such as conversion, transaction success rate, merchant retention, and churn.
   

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 2 years in payment products.
• Proven track record of building or managing:
  • Merchant payment systems (online checkout, payment terminals, invoicing, etc.)
  • Payment gateways, acquiring, settlement flows.
  • Billing, reconciliation, or reporting tools for merchants.
• Experience with API-driven financial products and third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, cryptocurrency exchange).
• Familiarity with payment methods (cards, bank transfers, digital and crypto wallets) and transaction lifecycle.
• Understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
• Strong grasp of UX for financial dashboards and payment flows.
• Experience with usage-based or subscription billing models.
• Knowledge of multi-currency, cross-border and cryptocurrency payments.
• Familiarity with reconciliation, chargeback, and dispute management systems.
• Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments.
