    We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the evolution of our merchant payment platform — from strategy to execution!
    You’ll shape the product vision, optimize payment flows, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless, secure, and high-impact financial solutions.
     

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a merchant-focused payment application.
    • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and merchant needs.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities.
    • Prioritize features and technical improvements using data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
    • Oversee integrations with payment gateways, processors, banks, cryptocurrency exchanges and external financial APIs.
    • Ensure regulatory and security compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC).
    • Track product metrics such as conversion, transaction success rate, merchant retention, and churn.
       

    Required Experience:

    • 5+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 2 years in payment products.
    • Proven track record of building or managing:
      • Merchant payment systems (online checkout, payment terminals, invoicing, etc.)
      • Payment gateways, acquiring, settlement flows.
      • Billing, reconciliation, or reporting tools for merchants.
    • Experience with API-driven financial products and third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, cryptocurrency exchange).
    • Familiarity with payment methods (cards, bank transfers, digital and crypto wallets) and transaction lifecycle.
    • Understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
    • Strong grasp of UX for financial dashboards and payment flows.
    • Experience with usage-based or subscription billing models.
    • Knowledge of multi-currency, cross-border and cryptocurrency payments.
    • Familiarity with reconciliation, chargeback, and dispute management systems.
    • Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments.
       

    Technical and Analytical Skills:

    • Proficiency in analyzing data.
    • Understanding of systems architecture and dependencies at a conceptual level.
       

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
    • Excellent prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    • User-centric mindset with attention to merchant experience and business impact.
    • High ownership, accountability, and bias toward execution.
