What You’ll Be Doing:

• Participate in the development and maintenance of backend APIs using Node.js, Express, and relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Build and improve React components with a focus on usability and responsiveness.
• Work closely with senior engineers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
• Fix bugs, refactor existing code, and gradually take ownership of small to mid-size features.
• Follow best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code with guidance from the team.
   

What We Are Looking for:

• 1.5–2+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and React.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and basic understanding of TypeScript.
• Experience working with REST APIs and databases.
• Basic understanding of backend architecture and frontend–backend interaction.
• Experience with Git and common development workflows.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow professionally.
• English level: Intermediate+ / Upper-Intermediate.
• Availability to work until 12:00–1:00 a.m. Kyiv time (in alignment with US clients’ schedules).
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with testing (unit or integration).
• Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms.
• Experience working in a team environment following Agile/Scrum practices.

We’re expanding our engineering team and looking for a Node.js Engineer to join the development of high-performance products in the fintech or event management space, with opportunities to grow technically and take on increasing responsibility.
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js, Express, and database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Implement interactive and responsive UI components in React.
• Collaborate with the design and QA teams.
• Optimize application performance and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

What We Are Looking for:

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js and React.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and database integration.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Good understanding of modern web development practices.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate and higher.
• Availability to work until 12:00–1:00 a.m. Kyiv time (alignment with US clients).

We’re expanding our engineering team and looking for a strong Senior or Lead Node.js Engineer who can own complex product areas, influence technical direction, and play a key role in delivering high-performance products across insurance and event management.
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive end-to-end feature development across the stack — from technical design to production delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Build high-quality, responsive UI components in React and ensure smooth interaction between frontend and backend.
• Participate in architectural decisions, contribute to system design, and improve overall platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead complex tasks, provide technical guidance to the team, and help shape coding standards.

• Take ownership of integrations with external services and ensure stable, well-documented APIs.

• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, backend services, and database integrations (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization, debugging, security best practices, and scalable architecture.
• Solid understanding of Git and collaborative version-control workflows.
• Ability to lead technical decisions and drive engineering best practices.

• Strong ownership mindset — from requirements clarification to production delivery.
