We are looking for a Middle Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead Ukrainian projects and combine project management responsibilities with business analysis tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Ukrainian projects end-to-end (planning, execution, delivery)
• Act as a Business Analyst on projects:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources
• Coordinate work between clients, development teams, and other stakeholders
• Prepare project documentation (BRDs, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Facilitate meetings, demos, and project status reporting
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business goals and quality standards

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA role
• Proven experience managing Ukrainian (UA) projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
• Hands-on experience with business analysis techniques and documentation
• Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written)
• Good English (B2 or higher) for communication and documentation
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working with IT or software development projects
• Experience working with international clients
• Certifications (PMI, Scrum, BA certifications) are a plus

We are looking for a Senior / Team Lead Angular Developer to take technical ownership of Angular-based projects and lead a frontend team. You will be responsible for architecture decisions, code quality, and mentoring developers while actively contributing to development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a frontend Angular team
• Take ownership of frontend architecture and technical decisions
• Develop and maintain complex Angular applications
• Review code and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, and Backend teams
• Estimate tasks, plan sprints, and manage technical risks
• Participate in requirements discussions and propose technical solutions
• Drive best practices, standards, and frontend guidelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular
• Experience in a Senior or Team Lead role
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
• Deep understanding of Angular architecture, RxJS, NgRx (or similar state management)
• Experience with REST APIs and integration with backend services
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• English level: B2 or higher
• Ukrainian language is a plus

• Experience with micro-frontend architecture
