    • Manage relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banks, and alternative payment solutions
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements with PSPs, aiming to improve terms and conditions
    • Monitor and optimize payment performance: conversion rates, declines, chargebacks, and fees
    • Implement new payment methods tailored to regional needs and player preferences
    • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, PCI DSS, and other regulatory requirements
    • Analyze and resolve payment-related technical issues

    • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development), preferably in the fintech or payment industry
    • Prior experience working with or within banks, EMIs, PSPs, or fintech companies
    • Higher education in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
    • Proficiency in English at B2/C1/C2 level (spoken and written) is essential, as the company operates exclusively in international B2B markets with foreign clients
    • Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian is an advantage
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Solid analytical and decision-making skills
    • Familiarity with fintech products and an understanding of industry fundamentals
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under deadlines
