β Requirements:- 1β3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development), preferably in the fintech or payment industry
- Prior experience working with or within banks, EMIs, PSPs, or fintech companies
- Higher education in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in English at B2/C1/C2 level (spoken and written) is essential, as the company operates exclusively in international B2B markets with foreign clients
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with fintech products and an understanding of industry fundamentals
- Detail-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under deadlines
